TWe really enjoyed our stay here. Every member of staff we came across was very attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing; really big comfortable beds with a choice of pillows, spacious bathroom, brilliant view out towards the sea and opulent decor. The hotel's beach and pool were outstanding and pristine with drinks and snacks brought to your sunbed on demand. all reviews » A luxurious yet affordable beach resort, serene and calm ambience, very relaxing. The buffet breakfast is lavish and delicious. The room is big enough to even accomodate 3 persons. Staff is friendly and efficient, got our transportation (pick up, send off and private tour) all arranged without a hitch. Everything! I particularly liked taking the bike for rides around the area. Unfortunately the weather wasn't what we would have liked, but that's just the way things are sometimes!. Too far from Hue City. Advertised free shuttle to city ran very infrequently and with very limited capacity. Taxi was expensive when shuttle was full or inconvenient. Staff was not particularly helpful for this quality hotel. Poor management ... The beach should have been private, although local visitors are very quiet and friendly. The staff should speak better English. May need a few more wait staff in the evenings as there was high demand from guests. As everywhere in Vietnam a Little pushy to sell extras, but for the Price you can hardly complain. The price of food in the hotel an how far away from the main town it is. far from city. entertainment was poor, food could be better. Would have liked to have seen the pool area cleared of glasses and cups. Some where left all day. The only negative I have is that the pool area was not cleaned very often. Glasses and plates would be left for most of day. Oh and maybe serve nuts at the pool bar during happy hour :). Restaurant food was average. SPA a bit expensive and with not many professionals available. Shuttle bus to the city does not have a lot of options on its schedule.
