This hotel (guesthouse) is perfectly located in hcmc. You can walk everywhere - the War Remnants Museum/Reunification Palace/Cathedral are all maybe a 15-20 min walk away. Very central, great area. Very close (2 min walk) to lots of bars and restaurants, but in a small alley so there's no noise at night. The owner and his mother are WONDERFUL, very nice and helpful. We did our laundry (great and quick service), they helped us book a tour to the Mekong Delta, let us use their computer to book ou.
