Ho Chi Minh City – Saigon, is a modern fast pace city. We stayed for a couple days to take in the museums and explore District 1 area downtown. The hotel was clean and centrally located. The Staff are kind.The front desk offers a good basic map which is very useful for taking a walking tour of the area. The hotel had a good wifi connection and there are some good restaurants nearby. Explore the area on foot. The hotel will also exchange money for you, which is very convenient. Note though that .

The staircase to the lobby can be slippery especially during heavy downpour. The only issue i had were the ants in the bathroom that appeared the last day or two of the time we were there. The bathroom is a bit worn out. The room had a big noise problem, because of the air condition of another room. This happened only 2 nights though. Nevertheless, I would stay there again. Great value for the money. A call from the front desk at 23h45 which woke us up to get us to move to another room and learned the next morning at 7h that we had to change rooms just before our day tour began. Staff hardly spoke or understood English. No real problems. Noise from street. nothing. the size of the room and toilet, but you get what you pay for. Bottled water was not complementary in the rooms. Only one lift which you can spend time waiting for. We were upgraded for the first night then asked to move. This was not explained when we checked in. I didn't like the fact they knew I was checking in around midnight and out around 3 pm the same day. But they still charged me for a full day and 1/2 another. Because of the late checkout. If they had told me this in advance. I would have rated them higher on the value . Plus that would have given me the option of checking out on time if the money had been a bigger issue. The room is a little old maybe renovation will do. None. Losy breakfast.
