It worth the price. The owner even upgraded our room to two double beds (we booked one double bed) so it is more comfortable for us. The owner speak good English and offer various kind of travel package. they offer cheap tour rates the bed and pillows were comfy the family were nice to us for the price we paid, it was worth staying here. Great location, basic but comfortable rooms.
