We stayed for 4 nites n it worth for money. The staffs are helpful n friendly. A very best thumb up to Ms Tam. She attended to all our needs from day 1 till we left the hotel. Ms Tam even volunteer b our tour guide to the Palace, war Museum n Post Office in the morning b4 she started her afternoon shift. Kudo to Ms Tam . U are great!!!. The friendly staff and the location. Busy and buzzing with life and activities. Staff offer to pack breakfast for us when they realised we will missed our breakfast. Very thoughtful. Surprised to get free coffee and tea making facilities in a 2 stars hotel plus free wifi.

The staff was helpful. They helped us reserve a trip to the Mekong the night before we left (very last minute). Have them book you with tnk travel. The room was comfortable and spacious. Hot water on higher floors takes about 1.5 minutes to heat. But once it does, there is endless hot water. Elevator is very slow. Breakfast is great if you like Vietnamese breakfasts. I would book here again, though. The room is too small and I can't even find a place to stretch the umbrella. Many ants in the room and they will bite you very hard. No hot water during the first day of my stay but problem solved tomorrow morning. Poor wifi, in the room and in reception. Probably slightly overpriced as we found lots more small hotels in the area at half the price. !!!! The hotel was ok, but the responsible from the travel agency in the hotel was awful! I wouldn't recommend you this lady! She don't h. Coffee,tea and sugar in the room........ But no ketle!!!. Last day there was no water. We ha no problem with that because we checked out. But I think the hotel knew about the situation and there was no Information to the guests. We dont know how long it lasted... very noisy. maid talk so loudly , cant sleep well, . facility is old.
