When we checked in, we were informed that 2-bed room which we booked have been sold out. hotel would upgrade a king bed room for us but rejused to add a bed. the problem was fixed finally after further negotiation. but i think hotel could do it better to fix this kind of problem in the first time with initiative. Hotel was clean and nice. The location was good, it wasn´t far away from the centre. Just 10min walk. Breakfast were delicous.

At the end of the mainstreet so quit beach. Very easy to get a taxi to the "centre". Lovely hotel, excellent location, great pool and good part of the beach. Hotel is very nice, staff is friendly. Nearly everything. The air condition in one of the room was broken, not able to fix, they changed to bigger room and compensate by a free massage. Take quick action. The kid swimming proof has the roof. breakfast buffet was good, various kinds of main course and desert, staffs quickly clean table for upcoming guest, view of restaurant was pretty. Nice pool. The hotel is right on the beach. Really nice gardens big comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast. architectur, room, the out side. The beach is very nice. old hotel staff very bad rule.not clean every where. hight price but nothing. Front desk English not good. No motorbike renting service. If you book any other tour from hotel, will be very expensive. Many Russians. Mui Ne is 90% Russian turists. We had to complain about the constant Russian music played in the resort and in restaurants outside.. It felt like a Tropical Russian colony served by Vietnamese!! Shame!. Beach is not so good - there are many stones in the water, spa & massage are very poor. I chose the hotel because it had Internet. Unfortunately the coverage was only sufficient in the reception. I need Internet when I travel and I have found that many hotels don't deliver a decent service. It is bad when it comes to are sort of Allezboo standard. I will not stay there again. I feel cheated because I had to use energy in finding out how to manage the situation. Also there prices at foo his way to high. Only ate there one time. The drinking and dinning price in resort is too expensive. One of the room was not clean properly. I paid for room when I arrived, but on the day I checked out they asked me to pay again because no record that I made payment. I told them that I paid already and they could check the camera at the reception desk. btw, they left me go finally without paying again. my sister was upset and worry a little bit. Too expensive for what you get. stuff do not speake english, not having water in the room from 23:30 h. to morrning for 2 nights. The room is not clean and the toilet is quite old style. never come back resort here.
