The resort is beautiful and is located on a long beautiful beach. It is close to town and taxis are relatively cheap to get around. There was a breakfast buffet included in the cost and it was delicious! Everything was decorated beautifully and the staff was first rate. They have several beautiful swimming pools and also some beautiful lush tropical gardens. We had a standard room with garden view and it was large and beautiful and had a very comfortable bed. It also had a very nice balco.
all reviews » The resort is perfect to relax, room is fantastic with your own huge space and balcony with ocean view. Buffet breakfast is various and excellent. The staff are super friendly and helping you with everything to enjoy a nice stay. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to Hoi An (Unesco Heritage city). Old hotel but quite confortable , nice beach and swimming pull . Hotel close to the center , very convinient to discover the city . Staff smily and friendly . The food was outstanding wither eating at the restaurants or in room dining. The selection of foods was the best i have ever seen at any resort. Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and lovely staff. The city is a bit boring, nothing much to do there in the rainy season, but summer could be fun with all the water activities. Too many people for the breakfirst , so noisy . Very much didn't like that any additional activities had to be paid for on top of your room price e.g. pushbikes tennis racquets, where at other much cheaper hotels these were included as standard. N/A. One dissapointing meal in the Steak Bar.(not charged for). Drink prices. Maybe the lunch menus are "too western" and not very healthy (chips, hamburguers...). The bus for the city have very inconvinient time. To far from the city nothing outside the hotel to walk too for dinner or bars. Breakfast was only average. food high prices. Food can be better. Pre-arranged pick-up was not smooth and seamless as it should have been; however,everything else went very well. 1.shower was dripping 2.Electricity power is unstable--power off at midnight. - reception staff, really? Awful - rubbish at the pool loungers. Food, very expensive and an odd selection of meal choices in the evenings, seafood buffet was poor quality and it would have been repetitive to have eaten there every night (din't try the Italian restuarant or steak house, prices were prohibitive). Considering what was on offer - the resort was not good value for money. I've been travelling in Asia for a decade. I've stayed at near-identical resorts in Thailand for 45 percent less cost. Compared to other beach destinations (ie; Thailand), the area around the resort lacks soul - there isn't anywhere nearby for shopping, dining etc. Staff, cleaness of rooms.
