Like the name, the hotel was brilliant. Location is right on the river front, excellent value for money and being quite new, was spotless and luxurious. One tip, unless you absolutely need a double bed, go for the twin room, the twin rooms are a third larger than the double, and you have a full size bath tub as well in the twin rooms. Elders would probably get backache. Everything was great. Breakfast should has more choice. During typhoon I felt that complimentary water should have been given to customers. I realise there was staff shortages. The quality of food at the breakfast buffet can be improved. Some fruits were not so fresh. The room size is quite small. Nothing. Loved the whole experience. Nothing. Staff was very friendly and really tried hard but just lack of experience and needs more training. Would not except US dollar only credit card payment. Nothing. Level of english of frontdesk staff . except manager. His english was very good. No tour desk!. Claims to be a 4. Stars hotel but the service is more like 2 stars. Especially the staffs are not well trained, especially in English communications. The front desk staff and manager were not very helpful. The skybar was still under construction.
