The Hotel is very spacious. We had deluxe rooms and they were huge. Also spotless clean! The staff was very nice and sweet. The breakfast buffet was very good, it was vietnamese mostly, various dishes. Great noodle soup! They also have baguette and they make fresh omelette on demand. The owner of the hotel was very nice too, always present and concerned if everything was alright. The hotel is central, 5 minutes to the lake, 10 minutes to the center. The V café is in the neighbourhood, in case.
all reviews » The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast good with a wide variety of food,the position great with a convenience store nearby, a short walk to the lake, market and centre of town and still relatively quiet. There are eateryies neaby but usually we walked to town to eat. We booked a day trip through the hotel which we enjoyed. the stuff is really friendly and helpful,the room is very clean and comfortable.all the hotel is full of Lily and other flowers.you can enjoy buffet breakfast ,so plentiful that you even don't need to have lunch.it is very near from the sinh tourist and the Xuan Huong Lake. the best hotel of vietnam I have ever been in. We stayed here for 4 nights. Although slightly expensive for backpacking in Vietnam, it was worth the money. Rooms were spatious, clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast (buffet) was very good, with a lot of choice (although most of the dishes were Vietnamese). Staff was friendly and helpfull. Wonderful staff at reception and at breakfast, the warmest, friendliest, and most helpful hotel staff imaginable. X'lent location, quiet but local nightclubs and restaurants are great, 10 min. walk to the Central markets. Well presented room. Ok breakfast; largely local food but eggs cooked to order. We had a nice room with a good view but Da Lat never seems to sleep so there was road noise all night (not excessive). However we choose the room because it was roomy and bright where as the quiet rooms were dark with no view. Excellent location! Staffs are nice and helpful! You can ask them to stronghten the water in your room if you live at 5th floor, then that's will be good to take a bath. There was no aircon or fan in the room (luckily it wasn´t too hot when we stayed). The advertised gym was not available ( I snooped around a bit, and found it was being used as a laundry). Rooster at 4.30 every morning! Not enough power sockets in room. Fitness room and sauna advertised but not available. Shower not so great as the water wouldn't drain away for a long time and the water went over the floor a bit. No power one morning but not the hotel's fault. Room with street view can be noisy from the traffic. Only Vietnamese breakfast, but was very tastful. Staff was so friendly to give extra bread and yoghurt to those who didn't like Vietnamese breakfast. A bit to far to walk to market. We asked them to help book 2 bus tickets to Mui Ne from Sinh Cafe but Sinh Cafe said there's no record of booking. Hotel staff said they are not sure why. Eventually we went there, which is 2 min walk away, to purchase the tickets ourselves. A little far away from the market but it's ok for walk and take 10 mins maximum. The facility was a bit old but I think maybe it's the style of the hotel. the room facilities are a bit old. the bath water is very small but staff fixed it soon. i think it is over priced a little. - Stealing staff members - noisy rooms - poor value for money - incompetent management. Meanwhile, the sheet is not that clean because we felt weird itch after sleeping. Beside the street, so Very noise!. The roon was quite dirty, noisy because of the street. In general in Vietnam for the same price you find better accomodation. The noise in the hotel was unbearable. The poor 'isolation' in combination with holes from bathroom and bedroom to the hallway and a fully booked hotel with only stone floors means that you can hear every door that closes and every person that speaks. I would not recommend this to anyone who wants to sleep at night.
