Nasama Resort boasts a private sandy beach, an infinity swimming pool, free WiFi access and free kayaking and snorkelling equipment rental. A private balcony with lovely ocean views and designer hardwood furniture are standard in all apartments. Opened in December, 2014 the on site Cafe Vila Restaurant & Bar is well known for it's food and cocktails. Nasama Resort Port Vila is 10 minutes’ drive from central Port Vila, and 17 km from the Mele Cascades Waterfall. Bauerfield International Airport is a 20-minute drive away. All air-conditioned apartments have a full kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. Each apartment has an iPod docking station, flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. A welcome pack is provided upon arrival and includes coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt and pepper, and oil. The tour desk can book trips to the Mele Cascades, or arrange golf buggy rental. Set in tropical gardens, the hotel also offers a barbecue area and a wedding chapel.

The staff was just excellent, Nettie he receptionist was lovely, and made the experience lovely. Chow and his family worked their and they also were lovely and answered our questions all the time. We went into town every day and bought fresh food from the market, took home and cooked in our room, we also ate at the brewery and that was excellent. The views the facilities are great. Self catering with everything you need, free use of water equipment - canoes, privacy, BBQ area & has everything you need - oil, paper towel etc, friendly staff, clean rooms! Free WIFI, rooms overlook the beach, have an iPod dock, security guards on duty at night.
all reviews » Beautiful, clean and intimate beach, rooms are welcoming, really well designed and layed out. Service was wonderful and friendly. I would definitely stay for longer next time and recommend Nasama to friends. The staff were outstanding - helped with absolutely anything we asked and always with a smile. They couldn't have been more helpful. The grounds were well kept and everything was very clean and tidy. The room was great and had everything we needed. We had a good view over the pool. The shower was a welcome treat after a few days on the islands. Staff Position Rooms size. The rooms are facing the ocean and are located in an ideal spot on the coast. Vanuatu-Port Vila is a lovely place to go if you don't mind paying first world prices. Nice swimming pool if cleaned. The cooking utensils saucepans and frypans, were very worn and very thin. Need replacing with good ones. Water temperature of shower was too cold Cold swimming pool. The fact that there was nowhere to eat! Had to travel to have a meal. A cafe/bar would have made this place so much better. The reception is advertised as open till 17:00 so you'd need to let them know if you arrive outside office hours. No mini bar. We arrrived late at night , very thirsty. Kiosk was closed. Tap water has sediment in it, and although safe to drink (after boiling) it has to first settle and be decanted. Hot water often actually cold. Even after switching on the booster - perhaps someone was switching it off after..... Saucepans thin and rusted-the rust flavour transferred to food Television picture quality grainy. It would be nice if there was a bar or just a small restaurant with simple dishes. The place is quite far from shops and other places, so it would have been good to have somewhere to go to socialize and have a snack. The cleaners could be more generous in replacing our towels more often. Roosters crowing in the early hours!! no phone to organise own tours etc maybe a small cafe on site just for breakfast. Open beach anyone can walk in and my iphone was stolen. The fact that smokers can smoke all day immediately next door and ruin your holiday experience. Also wifi sucked badly here anywhere except the balcony. No food or bar facilities. There is no restaurant or bar in the resort. There is a forced, unavoidable charge of 3.5 % on your credit card from the hotel. This is conveniently displayed in important information after you have already used your card to confirm your booking.They offer no other forms of payment I.E. pay-pal,b-pay. They charge your card (for the full amount) as soon as you leave the details with letsbookhotel.com. This is the first hotel/country in 20 years of travelling who has ever done this!Be warned. No where near enough sun beds round the pool. Lack of full length mirror in room. Too many local kids in the swimming hole off the beach area meaning we couldn't use it and more worrying was when they started to encroach into the swimming pool. No phone in room so we had to walk in the rain up the drive to the reception hut when you required something. Should have been warned that construction was going on as it isn't very relaxing when you have an earth mover beeping in your ear all day. Lack of some kind of restaurant. Even a daily breakfast package would be an idea. All local restaurants don't take children. (We were recommended to the nearest restaurant and found this out to our cost!) Some days we had to ask for servicing and it didn't come till late afternoon!. No inhouse service. No bar, no restaurant, no breakfast. Nearest shopping several km away. letsbookhotel.com should have specifically informed that there is no common service at this resort, only self catering. The beach can hardly be called a beach. There is access to the sea, but the bottom is stony so one can hardly go bare feet into the sea. The water is dirty and full of drifting litter. Sea bathing and swimmingis not possible.
