Everything was wonderful. I've lived in Volusia Co for 25 years and have stayed in hotels on the coast countless times. The Beachside Motel is now - The view of the morning sunrise. The balcony was a bonus, just being able to kick back and relax watching the ocean. The room was large but not too large to be comfortable. The staff were great from the time we checked in till when we left, very knowledgeable of the area and willing to give tips on what to see and when. Will definitely be back.

  We loved the view and location. Perfect for families with smaller kids who does not want the party crowds and nightlife. Our kids are 6 and 8 and they had a blast. You have to drive a few miles to get a variety of restaurants but their are several with in walking distance that are great. It's not glamour us but very well suited for a family on a budget. - The hotel is in a great location, very close to one of our favorite restaurants, Crabby Joe's. The pool was clean and heated. We asked to add an extra night to our stay and it was done in a heartbeat - no problems at all. We would definitely stay there again.
