The breakfast with the omelet bar is simply great. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had in any hotel anywhere in the world. All the staff at the reception are extremely friendly and helpful. Also the complimentary shuttle bus departing every 15 minutes between the hotel and the airport is a great plus!. The hotel quickly arranged a shuttle to pick us up after a long flight. The reception staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. Our room was luxurious with everything you could wish for a good nights sleep.

The city center is quite far away but the train is convenient and the train station is close to the hotel. There was nothing not to like about fabulous hotel. From my room in the Executive Wing, I could hear the jets taking off at night time. There was a noise maker in the room that I listened to rain noise all night to get some sleep. So that was a positive. No pool. I would come back with the family if there was a pool. Otherwise this is a great overnight hotel for business or early flights. The hard pillows on the bed and the coffee. Would rather have been downtown. I can't walk very far and although the train station was only 3 or 4 blocks away, their shuttle would not drop us off, and it cost us $10 each way by taxi to ride the train all day for $10 (some days we had several trips to the station). No bath tub was disappointing. No swimming pool Bar inside hotel. Staff needed a credit card for "incidetals" but ended up putting a hold on my available funds for the entire cost of the room, which was already pre-paid for by my company. The building is very unattractive. A concrete jungle. The room was small and not at all luxurious. This shower and bathroom was aged and worn. The walls were thin and I could hear the neighbors next door. The room did not meet my expectation and so i was disappointed with my stay. Dead battery tv remote. Hair dryer faulty. Tried to charge me for reservation no show which I cancelled through letsbookhotel.com. Closed restaurant on a Wednesday night without notice, forcing other arrangements to eat. Parking fee = $22 Restaurant closed every day - not good for family with children No information in room on restaurants that deliver to hotel Beds are comparatively small (compared to budget friendly hotels like Holiday Inn Express O'hare) Bad staff cross - communication (prepaid for breakfast - charged on departure by different staff, but then removed. $35 dollar voucher given by one staff member for dine in, but was not recorded for check out). Terrible breakfast and very expensive. 30min away from downtown. Keep charging minibar items not consumed. Bedroom carpet was full of peanuts when we received the room.
