Very friendly staff, courteous and always eager to help.clean hotel with good amenities, superb location for first-timers with everything of tourist interest easily accessible.An elaborate breakfast menu most of which I couldnt taste since there is little in it for a vegetarian but nevertheless should suffice. Corner room with great view of city. So well located that I could easily pop out and back in quickly (was freezing out). Staff were great and cheerful and always stopped what they were doing to say "welcome back" each time I came back to the hotel. Breakfast was great and never felt overly busy.

The location was excellent. Within short walking distance to Bryant Park, Grand Central, 5th Ave, The Empire State building and Times Square. The breakfast was included and there was a good variety of breakfast foods offered. Large room with kitchen area and free internet access. We came to NYC to see a show and spend time with our girls before they head off to college. The staff was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and small things to add to our trip. The location is ideal. Close to Times Square, shopping, entertainment and Central Park. Great location and great view from higher floors. Minutes away from Times Square, Broadway, Empire States, Roof Bars etc. You can even easily walk to Central Park and Natural History Museum. On time room cleaning consecutive 8 days. Free wifi. I enjoyed every moment. The rooms are specious with Sofa/bed. It's convenient location as well to go shopping or to go to times square. Breakfast is nice. The construction site next door. It was very noisy from about midnight until 2am and then it started again at 4am! Maybe a room on a higher level, or at the front of the building might have been better?! If I had been staying longer than two nights, I would have probably asked for another room. Elevators are slow (I understand the hotel was full at that time). Check in very late (4.p.m)it should be like the others hotels at midday!! But those items don't ruined my stayed that was perfect!!. The breakfast buffet could have been available for an extended time frame, especially on the weekends. cannot find any negatives about this hotel. price, but then again this is NYC... Just forget to have breakfast after 8:30, it's difficult because there's a huge line and no table for seating. Nothing. Price was a bit high, but for the location it was reasonable. Rooms were adequate, nothing fancy, very standard. View was terrible. Bathroom was small and you could not stand at the sink without closing the door. There was nothing that we disliked. No Restaurant. No tables to sit for breakfast. Service at the bar during the night was poor. Concierge was not helpful (with Restaurants, attractions, museum, transportation- subway, buses, taxis). No or too few bellmen. Be aware that there was a crowd from 9:15 am in the morning on weekends for both the brunch and elevator making it more time consuming than you would expect to get up and down or to get breakfast. The rest of the week was no problem. Breakfast buffet - not much variety with fruits, egg whites only on one day, staff not friendly and pretty much a "no" response on anything not already on the buffet. Small bathroom. There were private functions everynight of our stay which stopped us going to the bar. The price quoted on letsbookhotel.com didnt include other charges this hotel adds. These are room tax, occupancy tax and city tax. As we couldn't use all the facilities I was very disappointed. The internet connection was poor and on our last day we had no internet or TV. small bathroom. no mat on floor of tub. placement of tv. Bathroom was cramped. Closing the door required some agility. Breakfast: very crowded, not enough tables, not enough food, not enough varieties of food. paper cups at breakfast would love some crispy bacon. The price. Bathroom (too small). Cost. It was very overpriced . Lobby very crowded. A litle more variation in the breakfast meny from day to day. My daughter is a ceolic and feltthat the did not cater or understand what it was ,and the had no gluten free bread . the work of computer our room at arriving was giving for another guest too !. Bathroom too small.
