Everything was great - we appreciated the room, the view, the service, the included breakfast, the location, the staff. It was for sure the best choice we could have made in New York (quality and price wise). I couldn't ask for any more than what i got,i'm very happy. This is a very comfortable, recently and tastefully refurbished hotelwhich is close to "the action" but not in the mindless hustle andbustle that you get in the bigger hotels nearer to Times Square. Thestaff are friendly and helpful. The internet access (free) was greatand the bedding (Tempure) of extremely high quality. The prices,however, are moderate.
all reviews » The staff were very pleasant, friendly and obliging. The location was great in centre of Manhattan. Price was good in comparison to other hotels in Manhattan. The breakfast was great and the beds were extremely comfortable.the bed was very comfortable, and the room was impecable. I would definitely stay there again. It was walking distance to everything!. The property was excellent and the staff responsive.-locaction -clean -facilities. The room was small, yet enough for a person's stay and comfortable. It is a good hotel in a good neighbor in New York. However it is too expensive. location. only stayed 1 night but room was nice and location was perfect. There was nothing which I could fault with the hotel.Our room had no mirror except for the mirror in the bathroom. the hotel was very warm, we had to use the air conditioner in the room. and we stayed in November.The remote control on the television did not work. The wireless internet access was not good in my room (last of corridor andcorner of building). The bathroom door had a glass panel that you could see right through...so anyone in the room could see you in the bathroom. Not good if you're staying with a friend. a little noisy (street rumours). I was charged $100 on my credit card after I checked out for a broken window, which I did not touch. I'm going to deny the charge. I was most upset about this. The staff(one person in particular)was a bit rude they'd messed up the names of the people who had done the reservation. Not realluy. The breakfast should be better and should be served from 6:30 for people checking out early.small room. the staff were rude and very unhelpful. rooms too small. That the extra bed we had requested was not already set up. This is the second time it has happened. That I had to ask 2 times for our fan to be fixed which left us very hot and unable to sleep during our first nights stay.
