The position of the hotel was right in the middle of the places ofinterest, and was close to the subway and the railway station back toNewark Airport. Size of room very spacious and also fact location extremely central walking distance to nearly all main areas in new york. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very well situated. The complimentary breakfast was greatly appreciated.

We were able to walk to most of the favourite tourist sights and really enjoyed being on Korea Way. Hotel was very good, silent rooms! However the breakfast room was very small and noisy. It can take a long time to get back up to your room. It's ok to walk down but walking up 7 flights, not easy!. Although the breakfast is "complimentary" I really think there should be a bigger selection. We were at your hotel for 7 days and had the same choice every day. Perhaps a bit of jam instead of any cream cheese for the bagels?. Fold-out couch/ mattress mechanism was inadequate; thermostat controls unclear; hot/cold water controls at sink and shower unclear. No, perhaps softening the room with pictures or flowers.Bar not open. Absolutely not. Everything was ok. Breakfast was what it was, but I think it is not the question of one´s life at least to us. Anyway it was better than nothing.Only that the breakfast was complimentary, not continental as advertised. This was due to the normal eatery being refurbished during our time there which we should have been informed of before booking. The breakfast included wasn't great, better to go and pay $5 for a decent one instead than be hungry an hour later, and you had to use plastic knives and forks.cafe wars expensive,the hotel restaurant only served korean food. Elevator is very old and slow. They should definately upgrade it.The staff could me more polite (they are OK but not friendly). The breakfasts are very borring, no change and choice. steam heat did rattle a little, but not unbearable. the lounge should have more chairs as we were waiting for our cab there was no space to sit (only few chairs). fix the toasters at breakfast. the only thing i did not like the romm was so dark ,but you get what you pay for. hairstraightners would not work as the hotel could not cope with the high voltage. Only 1 lift (and not the quickest) to service 12 floors so be patient at times. Never found out how to use temp control in rooms. coffee making facilities not available but they provided a complimentary breakfast which was fine.the elevator was too slow and there were cues for a table in the breakfasts. I would also prefer to use real fork and knife and glass. The stains on the room carpet disturbed me. The bedroom decor could do with brightening up it was a "bit tired".We were given a front room but found the street noise to be too loud so on request we were given a room further back. We had no view but slept so much better. Room was very small and heat was difficult to regulate.Free breakfat was OK,but could be better if a cereal was available. This can surely not cost much.??.
