When after a half a day of trying to track down the owner/manager, Eran Suki, to fix the cable/wifi, who finally showed and did patch together the wifi. Although he turned out to be a nice guy, he offered no apologies for the condition of the apartment. Window in the bathroom. Nothing else.

Extra bed/couch was not very comfortable either as a bed or couch. We also experienced the rodent (rat) both visibly and through some munching of our food.
Bathroom door latch broken. Bedroom door latch broken. Both couldn't
be opened from the outside. The given key for the outside stairwell door
not corresponds to the lock, if this door is accidentally closed you get
trapped in or out. Those are not minor problems.
The apt. Didn't say it was a basement apt. When we got back to apt.
Late at night the gate was closed and did not have the key had to hop
over the fence.
The department is very good, although the room should have air conditioning, and it is very important to specify in the page that nobody will get, and you must call coming to give instructions on how to proceed in order to enter, also is important to comment that speak other languages, because people who do not know and do not speak the language would be very difficult to communicate.

Location to West Village. Nothing else. The location is the "come
on" bordering on scam is the basis of why they get away with
requiring a non-refundable, premium rate pre-paid, lock box key
delivery, money-in-the-microwave; no-human-contact; voice-mail-exchange
type reception/management style; "Mickey-Mouse"-rigged
cable/wifi; large-open-hole-shower drain; chaotic basement apartment
before any human eyes are ever laid on it.
No welcoming from the apartment manager basically left keys in a lockbox
and left to get on with it. Basement apartment with no natural light.
Not suited for a family. Pictures and advertising on letsbookhotel.com are
very deceiving..
If you love you no go because there are mause, internet doesn't work
for 70% for the time, apartment is underground no natural light.
Mr.Suki charged our credit card and we never got into the apartment, do not trust this propperty , it is a scam.
It ruined our holidays.
