Staff was very helpful and excellent service . Will stay there again , my next visit there. beautiful spacious room, very clean , great city views, close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel location was really nice. Very beautiful hotel and good facilities. It was close to the things we came to Pittsburgh to do. Very clean.

Everything except the beds were exceptional. rooms were very nice and confortable. room was spacious and quiet. The hotel was easy to get to. Location, my son love their cookies. beds where comfy. Jason, the manager was very helpful when we ran into some troubles with our stay. He helped us come up with a solution to the problem we were having and helped ease some of the stress. bed was hard as a rock--despite laying on the 6 provided pillows, could not sleep all night. Instead of a double queen bed room, we were given a room with a king bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and did not have any linen, pillows, etc. When we booked we were told breakfast was included and it wasn't and with five people we were not paying the prices for the food there. The tv had no channels for kids that didn't cost extra money. We asked for more towels and shampoo and never got either. We picked u Your hotel because you had a pool And it was so cold the kids didn't want to use. the sleep number bed. it was squashie on the edges and hard in the middle. Nothing comes to mind. I misread and thought there was a complimentary breakfast, but that was not the case. The prices in the on site restaurant were a bit high. Noise from in the hall from people walking and talking late at night came through into the room very clearly. Not much noise proofing between hallway and door to hotel room. Other than that, room very quiet. The beds were very uncomfortable. The carpet in our room was wet due to an air conditioning leak from the room above. We didn't find out why the carpet was wet until we were checking out. The staff should have moved us to a different room or gave us a discount on the room we were in. No newspaper, ,no complimentary coffee at the front desk. noisy alot of drunk wedding goers. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. When we found out that our booking somehow got cancelled and there were no other rooms available for that night, one of the girls just handed us a phone number of a hotel 30 minutes away and told us to try to find somewhere else to stay. The hotel was definitely overpriced for the location and what they had to offer guests. Breakfast in the morning was horrible- everything was cold!.
