The rooms are charming, but the garden is an oasis amoung all the concrete and beach. So relaxing to sit outside and read, or just have a drink and chat. A huge plus is the while smoking is not permitted in the house, the outside is smoker friendly ... for those of us who still do smoke. It is also very centrally located with lots of choice of restaurants. It was a perfect vacation getaway.

You are a very short walk from all Venice has to offer but feel secure within the comfines of the house and gardens. Rooms are tastefully appointed and bed comfortable. The location of the Venice beach house is superb for the beach and pacific coast highway drive.The house is an excellent building full of character and old world feel.A period building packed with history would definitely recommend. The house was beautiful, the yard was like an green oasis in the desert, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I loved the big bathroom and the claw foot tub was amazing. location cachet of historic house attention to detail and feel of house and location close to beach and great restos close to airport. location - was quiet but still close to everything you need parking comfortable breakfast and afternoon tea other guests. Beautiful place, an old family beach house, very calm and people are really nice. Everything, perfect position for beach and dining, very peaceful. The location was perfect for us It had great charm, a garden and it was small. It was expensive but you got what you paid for, the only downside was sharing a bathroom. Breakfast very slightly disappointing. The bed was a little springy. a bit cold and unfriendly staff not knowledgeable about local restos. nothing. nothing. We asked for some ice and were told to buy a bag at the store down the street. Located in front of noisy houses. A lack of light in the clothes closet. It is in a very dark corner and there was not even a lamp in the ceiling. Expensive considering the rooms did not have there own baths.

This is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
