location. The price and the location. Just cheep. Location. The room had no privacy with wide windows facing the inner yard. The building is very old and not well maintained. The air conditioner was so old and noisy, hence it was difficult to sleep. The room was over-prices for what it is. Nothing to like , it was useless. It was in desperate to be decorated.
