The cleanliness, and features were phenomenal, the amenities and decor were quite impressive great!. loved it... great interiors, great staff who were really helpful,... loved the free internet and room quality.. but 2 complaints would be... breakfast was not very substantial and certainly not continental as advertised.... and the location of the hotel was in a dodgy area of downtown LA and not very safe walking anywhere around the hotel. otherwise it was great.
