I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The booking hadn't come through yet, so he had someone do it manually, and gave us a great suite. This hotel is wonderful---off the strip, and quiet. We not.
all reviews » The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool. The suite was lovely, bathroom was fabulous with a Jacuzzi bath. Good location and had a good deal on the cost as it was mid week. The pool in tower 3 is closed for the winter but tower 2 pool is close. Tower 1 is closest to the MGM but the walk is not too long from tower 3 as some have suggested. I loved this hotel for the fact there was no casino but if you walk to the strip via MGM you will have to walk through theirs. Will definitely stay here again if back in Vegas. Upon arrival we were greeted by the valet who were amazingly friendly, and when checking in I asked if there was a strip view room available and without hesitation the receptionist asked if I didn't mind being on a higher floor than we'd been given already, when I said "no" she upgraded us to a 36th floor penthouse with strip view at no extra cost! This just about sums up the whole place - simply awesome!. I have stayed at the Signature several times. I very much like that it is smoke-free and has no casino. In addition, the valet parking is free and your car is generally retrieved in only a few minutes. The Signature is just off the strip but a pretty easy walk to MGM Grand, Miracle Mile shops, Bellagio or City Center. I plan to stay again. Easy to find, located right off the strip. you have access to mgm grand facilities also which is great (such as the pool party, etc.) the check in process was easy. for some reason they didn't have my reservation information, but the issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. the suite was large, nice and affordable. Being back a little from the strip meant that there was no casino and no hassle from sightseers in the lobby and the pool was quieter than MGM Grand. Short quick taxi ride to airport with no traffic holdups on the strip. Lifts efficient. Breakfast bar handy but a little pricey. Everything! The spa tub was amazing. The room was very spacious and came with unique features like an ihome & mini tv in the restroom. All staff made me feel welcome and tended to my needs... Without me having to ask sometimes. It was squeaky clean and surprisingly quiet!. amazing kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silver. Sub zero fridge, stove with oven, even a dish washer! Huge tub, two showers, big vanity with lit mirror. Hidden tv in bedroom. Well thought out closets and storage! Gated with a guard which made us feel safe. Stayed two nights and it was excellent! We were celebrating my mom 63rd bday, myself and my adult daughter. The staff was great: friendly, knowledgable, and accomedating. The food was great and the room clean and luxurious. Will be back for my birthday in September!. We stayed in the one bedroom suite the room is absolutely gorgeous And very spacious The bathroom and the Jacuzzi tub was amazing Didn't get to use the kitchen much but it is completely stocked with everything you need if you do plan to cook something. The value was great. The suites are really nice, the resort fee was $25.00 for both days, which included free WiFi. The staff was nice. Close to the monorail. There was a full kitchen in the suite, and a really nice walk in shower and jetted tub. What's there not to like about this hotel. Everything is just perfect ranging from well trained and professional staff to the whole atmosphere in this hotel.I Have often read some negative reviews about this hotel,but never experienced any. Basically everything! The hotel is gorgeous, rooms are huge with balconies that overlook parts of the strip. Being a non gaming hotel its super quiet too. Bathroom huge with massive shower and tub, nice to have a fridge etc...i could go on!. The staff at the signature were very attentive. The maid service was excellent. The rooms were clean and well designed. In 7 visits to vegas this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Security dealt with a rowdy room very efficiently too. Provided complimentary baby products (bath soaps, wipes etc) Happy to price match with bookings.com when we extended our stay for an additional night. Everything! We've stayed here on another occasion, we were happy with the fully equipped kitchen- this stay. But, you can't go wrong with room service. Stayed 4 days both stays...we'll surely be back. The room and facilities were excellent and the position on the Strip was very convenient. There is no casino so relatively quiet. The view from the room was excellent- I had a balcony. The room was great. Loved the morning Wolfgang puck coffee for the machine & the bed was huge. Two bathrooms were ideal. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Central location, not part of a casino where you have to walk through a smokey room every time you arrive or leave the building, helpful staff, decor in rooms, easy parking. The fact the buildings are next to MGM grand attached by travellators but not part of the main MGM and all its madness. The quality of the suites are great value for money. She needs to get an attitude adjustment. Also, wish the hotel would have matched the letsbookhotel.com rate, but I guess that's a compliment for Booking!. Nothing. Some may find the walk, and it is considerably long from tower 3 too long but you could go via MGM towards the south end, or out onto Harmon towards the middle. Tower 3 did not have a coffee shop and you have to request kitchen utensils. They no longer provide free apples in the lobby. :(. There is only valet parking. You cannot self-park, so be sure to have singles for tips. walking back to the hotel at night, some parts aren't well lit. made me a little uncomfortable at times. It was a longer walk to get anywhere. Pool located on west side of hotel so had to pick your time of day carefully - morning no sun, afternoon was in full sun, after 6pm no sun. That I had to leave? I can't think of anything else. I plan on staying again!. I just wish I could have stayed longer!. Upon getting into our room The botany was littered with beer cans and pretzels from the previous guests wecalled down to housekeeping they came up right away clean it up and give us a $75 dinner at dinner credit for our troubles So all in all it wasn't too terrible got $75 on dinner. The towers are a long way from the casino and the strip. Be prepared for a long walk to and from. I booked two rooms, and one wasn't ready for over an hour past the scheduled check in. Absolutely nothing. The walk to the strip was a bit long. We were in Tower 3 and it was a good 10-15 min walk to get from our hotel to the outside of the MGM Grand to the strip. The only other slight annoyance was the internet. Its included in your $25 a day resort fee but it was rubbish during our stay so a bit annoying!. Can't think of any negatives at all. A good walk to MGM Grand or Strip (though we knew this when booking) which can be a bit of a hassle if doing it a few times a day. I'd like to stay in tower 1, at my age it's closer to the slots. I had to ask for a cup - I was told cups are not left in the room but are removed when the room is cleaned after a stay and not put back automatically? There is a $100 damage deposit for the room which was deducted from my bank account and not just held to be deducted if the room is left damaged etc.It has not gone back onto my bank account yet despite there being no damage. Balcony was on low floor with an okay view but wasn't great regarding seeing the strip. Having to leave!!!. Quite a walk to the main strip to start the casinos and attractions... need to be fit. Pedestrian access could be improved. Advised reception that a light bulb was out on first evening; still not replaced when we left four days later!. When we arrived we were disappointed that the crib that had been pre- booked was not in our room and had to be requested. When we checked out and settled up, we were extremely upset to notice that on our bill we had been overcharged for one night. After such a fabulous experience this put a downer on the end of our break. After identifying the error, we suggested our friends (who travelled with us) check their bill too. Luckily we did this as they too had been overcharged!. Not a big fan of LasVegas!. The only thing is the lack of a frypan and kettle in the kitchen which seemed unusual for this style of accommodation. No laundry facilities unless you stay for a minimum of 7 days. We stayed 5 and they wouldn't let us use them. The resort tax still appears a joke, $25 for a botttle of water, should scrap it and simply add it into the main booking price, it's non optional so you have to pay regardless. I can't think of a thing. Resort fee. Nothing. The noise in the hallway on Sunday morning from other people staying in the hotel. Internet for I pads poor and despite requests to the staff nothing was done about it. Had to have door lock repaired and were locked out of the room on two evenings. Water tap and plug had to be repaired. Some of the furniture a bit tatty. Other than the Internet none of these were an annoyance, just an inconvenience. Location wasn't right on the strip, and when it's hot you have a little way to walk from either of the 3 towers. Las Vegas , it's full of rude materialistic people too busy to give up an inch of their walkway, so spent the entire time changing direction so arrogant people could stay 2 or 3 abreast . Also full of beggars, disgraceful, more akin to a third world country. Nothing to be proud of USA !. For me it was overwhelmingly big and without any personal touch to it. Bit outdated. Nothing. A bit far from the Strip. The Signature Towers are separate from the main MGM building. That means to get to the main amenities such as casino, food, and main pool, you need to walk about 5-8 minutes.
