The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good when it stayed fully stocked, the employees seemed very nice, the price when we booked 7 months in advance was great but when we added a room 4 months later the price wasn't so great. I ended up having to cancel that room a week before we arrived though and was treated very well with no added fees, which was VERY nice. The other 2 rooms we had were good though. I would defiantly recommend this hotel and would stay again.
all reviews » Check in was quick and easy. It is right near an outlet mall if you enjoy shopping. It is about 15 mins from the strip. So if you are looking to save some cash in Vegas, this would be a good hotel to stay at. You would just need to figure out transportation to and from everywhere (I had my own car). The rooms were decent and the price was affordable. Despite the hotel did not receive the letsbookhotel.com booking, nor the full prepayment charge to my credit card, the staff was nice enough to still find us a room on a sold out night. It was a clean larger room with sitting area & bar/fridge/sink. Good place to stay. Clean and kept up. I stayed here five years earlier when the hotel was brand new and it has been well maintained. Most hotels do not look this good after 5 years of guests beating it up. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The room was comfortable with facility to make a hot drink - bonus! The breakfast was great with some hot food which we found on our travels in America quite rare!. We just had to stay there for one night during our travel. But the Inn is nice, room and furnutire good, real breakfast (maybe not for refined taste but at least it wasn't just coffee and a bun). Very friendly staff, best part they let us in early then 3 pm and we aprecciate that very much since was a 112 degree outside, very kind of them since we drove there from new mexico. the staff was GREAT! a nice place, clean, comfort, next to the LasVegas OUTLET center south. not croweded and a great place to relax from vegas intesity. Close to the Las Vegas Strip, with no resort fee. We got it for the price of an older Holiday Inn type hotel, but this hotel was new and stylish. Love the crews, very professional, specially Richard & the front desk staff. I highly recommend this Inn to anyone who would visit Las Vegas. Clean, very well maintained. Everything was great. If it had a hot tub it would be my new home in LV, may still be even without the hot tub. I liked that I could keep in touch with friends and family via the wireless access to the Internet. For a place like Vegas, it would be nice to sit outside at the pool and soak in some of the sun. The continental breakfast in the morning was a little sub-par. The carpets could be replaced in most areas. Everything was good. No complaints. I think they should look at a proper breakfast room as people were having to sit on couches with their breakfast. We were one of the lucky ones to have a table!. All was good. Nothing, was all perfect. not have a casino. pertty far from the STIP and nothing to do around but shopping. No directions given on letsbookhotel.com. We got lost for a good half an hour, and gps kept sending us into a residential area. Finally we called, and got proper directions, but when I mentioned that they should put directions on your site, the young man at the desk blew me off. Nothing, everything is great. No hot tub, or at least I could not find it. Room service would either come too early or not at all. It was maddening. On my last night I actually had to take my bath towels down to the front desk. The air conditioning is noisy and overpowering for your small rooms. There were quirky situations with your rooms in which the doors won't lock when you leave. Breakfast is very simple and share with lobby equipment. The pool was to small. Exactly at 9:30a.m. the cleaning service lady started to throw away food when there were still people in line to get food. It is a little off the strip, but we knew that going in. Also, the breakfast area is a little small; we got there when it first was available (6:30am) and the place was packed. I guess that shows how good the food is and how many people like staying here. Nothing. They need to chenge the menu for the breakfast . The breakfast is very poor. Thin walls causing neighbor to call over not so loud TV sound coz he's going to sleep. the room for breakfast is too small. Nothing. Walls a tad bit thin,. Nothing. Breakfast was just so so. Both the sink and the shower did not drain well, resulting in standing water. I liked everything no complaints. Hole in carpet, carpet needed to be cleaned/replaced. Not good breakfast but it's free and also pillow bed not good and tv remote broke they need upgrade room. Crowded breakfast area. Inadequate seating. Limited offerings. Bathroom floor buckled, door would drag, hard to open and shut. Plug ins impossible to reach without crawling on floor, they are all under furniture. Noisy aircon. No covered carpark. Water pressure in the shower; staff unable to secure rate that appeared on the internet - I had to purchase the room from my phone while standing at the front desk; the gravy for breakfast was VERY thin and runny. Too noisy. Breakfast. Breakfast service time is too short. The carpet was so dirty I would not let my 16 month old crawl. The staff when we arrived was lazy and not accommodating to my family. They don't have vending or food available after eight pm. Is this really Vegas??. The room I reserved was not available The staff was not friendly And when the breakfast food finished they did not bother filling in - they just stayed in the staff room gossiping!. Key didn't work early morning we were suppose to check out.
