The Bellagio was our hotel for our first visit to Las Vegas! The hotel is really beautiful and classy and right in the centre of Vegas. It lived up to all our expectations; the room was of superior quality, with everything you need to have a great stay in Vegas. All the staff was very friendly, and continuously wanted to know if we are okay and if we need something, room service was the quickest I have ever experienced in any hotel. The rooms are also very quiet and when the curtains are closed.

Where do I begin. It has always been a dream of ours to stay at the bellagio and it did not disappoint in fact it exceeded our expectations. As soon as you walk into the lobby it takes your breath away. It was pure luxury. We had a view of the fountains and spent quite a b4it of time sitting in the window mesmerized! Can't speak highly enough of it and can't wait to go back!. It was more refined than other hotels in vegas...not as noisy and seemed so much less tacky. There were areas where you could go and relax without being drowned out by party music. The decor, lighting in the communial areas were tastefully done. We got upgraded to an amazing suite but only had one night to enjoy it which was a shame. The fountains were amazing. We spent 4 nights at Bellagio. The hotel is absolutly amazing. The room was very big and well equipped. In addition, we had a nice view on Bellagio fountains and at Eiffel Tower. In addition, it was very calm so no noise from the street which is very important if you want to sleep good in a city like Las Vegas. It was quite expensive but totally worth it. Everything about Vegas is amazing - Bellagio being a bit part of it. The friendly staff, the great atmosphere, the proximity to the strip, the food, the service, the pools, the decorations in the hotel. The Bellagio helped me, my family and friends have the BEST holiday, and my brother and his wife the most magical wedding day in their beautiful chapel!. If you request and get a room with the fountain view, you can tune the sound system of the room with the fountains, and that effect it so so awesome! Secondly, the location is great, you can go to any of the resorts as Ceasars is right beside, Paris is across. Also swimming pools are great! They also had a beautiful flower show. The hotel itself was beautiful, decadent and efficiently run. Free valet parking (tip $3-5) on collection made arriving and getting into the hotel a breeze. We had a view of the fountains and a breathtaking view beyond that of Las Vegas from the window. Spectacular! Ate the most delicious breakfast in Cafe Bellagio. Customer service was very good. The hotel looked amazing in the night especially the musical fountains from the room. Concierge service was very good helpfully to everyone and did go to them 4-5 times. Just met one agent who was a bit harsh maybe because she was trying to help a guest and it was talking time. Large beautiful room with good furniture and large window to the Strip and fountains. We ate in Circo and used room service for breakfast and two meals and the service and attention to detail was excellent. We also attended 'o' booked through the concierge and found the show outstanding. Everything; from the valet parking service to receptionist to comfortable well designed luxurious room to free Internet to nice dining rooms to quietness on the hotel floors to car ready at our departure. And above all the spectecular waterfountain shows. Love love loved it. Rooms and bathrooms are perfect in size, very clean, and nice views.. It is a victim of its own success. It is best to get to the breakfast buffet around 7.00 am, as queues form after that. Nothing negative! I booked this hotel is spite of some comments on this website about the mini bar, queues, smoke of cigarette etc, but nothing of all this happened! We were actually kinldy warned at the check-in about the minibar automatic weighing system (which is quite commun in this type of hotel). So no, there is nothing wrong with this hotel in spite of its size and high number of visitors. Nothing to dislike. Nothing to dislike. They shut the main pool in the afternoon due to a chemical inbalance in the water. It was very nice that the taxi circulate close to the hotel exit (so you have a taxi at any time you want) but I think that the hotel porter should have a look on the taxi and the driver more carefully. Once, we have got a very smelly and dirty taxi, the driver looked worse than a begger. It is not a good company for a Bellagio's guest. After a tiring day you still have a long walk to the Guest Elevators!. Pricey hotel restaurants (Jasmine, Picasso and others). Service is good but a little impersonal however this is probably a function of the scale of the hotel. Not applicable at this time. Not all the restaurants are 24hours open. It can be busy during the check in... Memorial weekend meant it was very busy - not a major problem but probably would avoid in the future. Have no statement here......there is nothing to dislike. The nature of all of the Las Vegas hotels means that they are constantly crowded, which we found oppressive, hence our preference for room service. Not applicable. Nothing. The buffet was good, but always the same. I would have preferred to have some variety so we could enjoy eating there every day. We ate there 3 days in a row and it was already too much. Resort fee is a bit excessive. It's amazing but very expensive. Although we did get upgraded to a suite so still a happy customer =). A very long walk from the rooms to the parking area. No restaurant where you could purchase just a snack...either had to go to buffet or another casino. N/A. No coffee, refrigerator available in-room. The walk to the guest lifts was through the gaming area and downgraded the grandness of the hotel. We were given a room by reception but when we went to it there was already someone in there. We called down and they changed it but this was an annoying start. All of the additional taxes seem ridiculous. The check out is very expeditive: they were almost pushing us out. Our credit card was debited continously rather than one time. We had to check twice to confirm the amounts were correct. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Only thing is they had an extra $25 fee a day bt u got free wifi with the room. We didn't like that items were removed from our mini bar but not by us. A half eaten chocolate bar was left in the mini bar, two alcohol drinks were removed, 2 cans of pop. A bag of chips which we didn't eat, was charged to our room (later removed at check out). It made us nervous to wonder if anything had been taken from our personal belongings. Television in room did not work. Was unable to get warm water from shower. Request to extend checkout time was not accepted (without paying an additional $150 which I felt was excessive). Lots of lining up for food, it is so big that there are constant crowds. Being dropped off from airport - no immediate help with baggage, I'd just had surgery so that would have been appreciated. Had to carry my own luggage because i parked in the self parking area. The rooms didn't smell particularly fresh - even though we requested non-smoking it did smell a little like at one point it had been a smoking room... I didn't like that booking.com had cancelled our rooms without letting me know.... We had to make other arrangement with hotel, good thing the hotel wasn't completely full.
