Staff were present but not in your face. friendly staff, enjoyable stay. Only 1 night but room large with good facilities - would use it again if in the area. quiet. reception staff abrupt, not very friendly, pool not clean. Poor facilities. Did not like hotel staff at all. They are not customer oriented.
