Had a great holiday stayed here with my family kids aged 8,10,12, from 30th june till the 7th july ,kids loved the pool /slides/lazy river etc,plenty to do would return again good location to parks /restaurant and shopping. they were very accomadating i with with my family of 30 one was my mom who was 87 & my 2 yrd old neice . I had asked to be place together & by the po. ol we couldn't had a better spot. Thank you.
all reviews » We liked pools in hotel, it was nice to swim before and after parks. Good location to visit different parks. Kitchen was nicely equipped, big mall nearby to cook "at home". I liked the bar next to the pool. It was open late, it was comfortable and I didn't have to leave my children in the room to enjoy a drink while relaxing. Everything, the staff was amazing. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. My kids loved it we already making plans for next year. Sandy and the front desk staff were wonderful to us. We asked for some special things and all of our requests were honoured. i loved the town house we stayed at,was close to on-site water park. activities planner a huge plus!. We really enjoy the water park... especially when you come with all family. :). The staff were excellent so friendly and really helpful. Activities, happy hour. everything!!!!. Pool area and rec center were great. My kids loved it. Was able to relax and not allot of parting going on. Everyone was very friendly and respectful of others. The water park for kids. Pool facilities and location. Close to shops. the puill out couch as i had expected was very uncomfortable i had brought a portable mattress with me , it was still pretty bad. becus the stairs are so steep my mom 87 was not able to get up the stairs. A bit old-looking. But renovations were going on actively :). I was misled by the initial booking. I was quoted one price and upon arrival I was told of numerous fees that were not forewarned in the booking. That I couldn't stay there longer. Nothing. Having to go home to a snowy England. there was nothing i couldn't like!!. I asked for an updated room as I read that some townhouses were just remodeled and got an old one. The paint on the handrails were peeling off. Was sitting on the couch while my wife was taking a shower up stairs and water started dripping on me and the couch. Called the front desk and they did not sound concerned about saying they would get to it when they could. The bar staff manager has everyone nervous not fun for resort staff $$ high also. Leaking sink, rooms were small and beds were uncomfortable. We arrived early but were not allowed to check in until 4. The room was still being cleaned when we arrived at the room. We waited another 30 minutes and told them to leave because we had dinner plans.
