Location and price. Accommodations were ok. Not fancy but comfortable. Room large, bath tiny,mattress comfortable, tv new. Staff very nice. Across from abc store and room had fridge so didn't have to go out for expensive breakfasts. Restaurant "in" hotel had a delicious salad. Safe to walk at night. Trolley stop across street. It was nice, clean, cozy, comfortable. Bathroom was nice and big, clean. The money was worth it. It would be nice if they had kitchenette. The pictures online did not do the hotel justice. I originally did not pick because it looked somewhat shady but when I arrived to HNL and saw what it looked like. I booked a reservation.

For a budget hotel, everything was clean and comfortable,would definitely recommend this place to my fellow student friends and gay travellers. Very close to the Waikiki beach, 5 minutes walk from main shopping and restaurant street, not far from airport: only 18 min for $6 by vip shuttle. Clean room, friendly staff. Not a lot of character. The room came with more amenities than I expected for the price I paid. I was pleased with the amount and friendly staff!. Drains was always clogged (Sink), need bigger bath towels, need a microwave in the unit, better shower curtains because the material one goes through the curtain and sends water on the toilet and on to the floor. Having to get coffee from reception. It should have been supplied by room cleaner as in other hotels. Had none. None. None. Nothing. Good value for the money. First I recieved cheapest room, instead of superior I prepay. Noisy window-aircondition, but nights were bit colder, than possible to let it off during sleeping. *No breakfast at hotel at all (breakfast in nearby hotels is around $10/person, in a couple you spend $20 a day and we believe we could have a much better hotel that includes breakfast for extra $20 a day - or maybe even less) *No balcony - it was almost impossible to dry our towels and swimming suit and the room was clammy too. *No wifi at the room. Had to pay for room internet service. Which couldn't even stream hulu. The elevators are slow and hot to be in. Small TV, bad picture. Towels too little. Toilet paper was disastrous, it disintegrates on contact !!!. rooms were so small. Small bathroom. Some staff people were a bit rude. It felt tired. Room so old. 1.Breakfast not included in the room price 2. Wifi not available in the rooms. carpet in the room is old and not clean. Internet is very slow. No wireless in the room. not very clean. and the check in time is long. The rooms are old fashioned and it is not a very good value for money. Quite expensive for what you get. Did not like the smell of the rugs and don't like the rooms so small and cramped up. The room dirty can take pictures cause the Windows was nasty and have a wet smell like meldow.
