  Everyone one was helpful and kind. I like that the workers are able to have their family's stay at the hotel for convenience and it reminds the guests they have family too during holidays. - Price was good for a Ramada Inn Location was excellent for the Hot Springs!

  The staff were very nice and eager to please. The bedding and bath were clean. There is a small fridge. and microwave. The bed was comfortable. There is a Village Inn just a very short walk away. The bus stop is just in front and you can ride all day for one dollar.   The motel is about 4 blocks downhill from the Amtrak Station and a very nice walk in good weather. Very convenient to restaurants and pubs and close to the Glenwood Springs Bathhouse.   I was looking for a hotel last minute in Glenwood Springs. Most places were $120/night after taxes. This cute place was only $70/night after taxes. This place was on the south end of town but only minutes from the hot springs and all of the restaurants. We were also going to Aspen and Maroon Bells for a day trip so we liked being in that location ... what people say » south of tow. We had a late checkin around 10:30pm and the lady owner was very nice. I loved that we were able to just park right in front of our room - Our hostess/manager was delightful. The room was very clean, and looked to be recently updated with new tile in the closet/bathroom area. There is a fully functional and slightly loud air conditioner in the room, along with a small refridgerator and microwave - very cconvenient.

  I liked the colors in the room, the cleanliness, the bistro in the lobby, the proximity to the highway and the stores close by. - Front desk staff was very accommodating. The room and lobby were modern and versatile. Very European in style and feel.

  Staff was all nice and welcome. The family room was a great success: 2 big bedrooms, a queen in one, and two more queens in the other. Between them was a big kitchen where everyone can dine together, rich amenities (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, dishes, pots and pans) - you don't need to bring anything with... what people say » you. In each room was a TV (pretty old one). Breakfast is standard but well- sufficient. The hot pool was very nice. Most of the time it was empty so - It was really immaculate and the staff was very thoughtful about local information and small things (I needed an envelope and a pen, and they volunteered both). I didn't use them, but I was impressed to see a bike/ski storage room and two barbecues with eating areas for guests. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, and the place was clean enough that I would actually use the sauna! The breakfast was simple but equal to others I had on my cross-country trip, and the hours were good. The view from

  very clean! despite being fully occupied, the building was quiet, I could not hear my neighbors, neither to the side or above. staff very warm and friendly. - It was a very quiet, relaxing motel.
