  I love this place. I will be visiting atl again in May and I have already booked my reservation to stay here again. The staff was friendly and very nice and humbled.   The staff at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta were friendly and paitent first and foremost. We felt as if we were royal guest each time we returned to the hotel after leaving. Lots of friendly smiling faces, doors opened, and well wishes. We really like the robes provided during our stay as well. We are scouting hotels in which to marry in the coming year ... what people say » and we took notice of the Zen garden and terrace as potential photo ops. Very Nice! We plan to visit the area in the coming months. Fantastic Place to - Location was great. Staff were extremely pleasant and more than helpful with our every request. Would definitely stay there if I returned. Only downside- outdoor pool- my children really wanted to swim . We enjoyed fitness center as well.
