Staff and location. I like the place,location ,the size of the room Pls note that I cannot reply to the point 5,because all depend of the purpose of the trip.It's 9 years that I stay in the htl and I have to say that every time I see that the service is deteriorated. Location. Internet did not work in the room. The staff are talking to much between them-self and do not pay attention to the clients. Only one of the "outside" staff, open/close the door of the cars on arrival/departure.The rest...a lot of talking.... I asked a person for the maintenance (phone issue) he appear 2 hours later when I had already fixed the problem. The breakfast always the same.The name of the food wrong.
