The staff are lovely here and the location is very nice - overlooking the water. We had a problem with our room so they upgraded us immediately, with no extra charge. Highly recommended. - Nice location though a bit hidden behind the casino corner - High standards on room size, beds, equipment. Very clean. - Nice restaurant and Jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to the historic sites. The guest room as well as the outdoor pool overlooks the bay.

The coffee and tea at breakfast are not served by the staff so you have to juggle your full cup & saucer on the way back from the buffet table, not what one would expect from a 5 star hotel. The breakfast had a huge selection which was very nice but the hot food was cold. Very disappointing. We had to fix the leaking shower head as the water was hitting the ceiling. The bathroom was clean, but you could see that was overdate, the metals had rust on then, needing change. The courtains on the bedroom needed cleaning. The breakfast was not very good, a lot of things, but most of them not good. It was eatable, but you could see that there wasn´t much care with it. Diffucult to get adequate information about tourist activities. Available tours, sights etc. Poor knowledge in english. The food in the restaurant was the worst I've ever eaten in a hotel. We only had one dinner which was disgusting. The scrambled eggs were cold every morning. The food was much better on the flight home!!. The restaurant. The restaurant at night was too expensive in relationship with the food they provided. The food wasn't that good. There are plenty of restaurants better all around and even less expensive. Dirty cup at breakfast. Later asked for coffee with whipped cream, where the cream had shifted. Probably two unlucky coincidences, the rest of this hotel is amazing. Breakfast serving staff not friendly. Poor Wifi Understaffed in Evenings and nights. Could Be Cleaner. Breads offered in the breakfast were not fresh. Half part of parking spaces are reserved for cassino. Staff are not friendly. Restaurant food Really bad menu . Hotel rooms overlooking street We're very noisy ! Due to activity on the street , cars, motorbikes, delivery trucks etc, Into early hours of morning . There was hundreds of dead flies in the indoor swimming pool.
