All Staff were helpful and pleasant at all times. I arrived very late to check in 2255 hrs The resturant closed at 23.00hrs but the head waiter invited me in and I had the total menu served and I did not leave until 23.50hrs. Very very obliging and helpful. its really nice place to visit and a nice atmosphere for relaxation. good food, value for money, and excellent service.
all reviews » I liked the accumidation which near the pool friendly staff and clean comfortable and low price. We liked the fact we could bring our dogs :) Food and service was excellent. beautifully located in the beach side, nice location. Value for money. everything :). A quiet getaway from the hustle bustle of the big city, cheap booze shop nearby. Good place to take your mind off things. The hospitality and courteous staff. quit, bbq facilities. facilities are good. The onsite off-licence and deli; big rooms; resonably priced restaurant (for the UAE). close proximity to the pool. A lot of noise fgrom the swimming pool on a Friday. Best to chose a room a bit further away. Internet was OK but slow. They could do with an update here. less recreation facilities. No night activetes like live music band or camps in the beach and out door bar. The room wasn't quite ready - for example, we had no towels and tea/coffee/water but we asked and it was brought shortly. The beach (water) was smelly and dirty :(. pool is clean, but people are making it so dirty, really crazy and don't feel like getting into the pool for hygeine reasons,especially when we have small children, sadest part......... It's too quiet, gaming center is closed while I'm checked-in Nothing much to do if you are just couple Swimming pool has No temperature control, can't swim on winter. Not much to do other than a games centre and the seaside beach is barricaded! The cleanliness can also go up a few notches. no activities for children and family. bathroom facilites (old and dirty). need atleast 1 more food outlet. no grocery nearby. when coming with kids need some grocery facility nearby. Too crowds. baech is not good , you cannot go down; its not maintained. Room was dirty; no toilet paper; tired facilities; breakfast buffet had gone cold less than 10 minutes after it started. No towels were provided for those who were using the pool. There was a general stench around the apartments. The toilet facilities were inadequate. Overall the apartment was overpriced for the facilities offered. its called beach resort yet theres no beach available for swimming and the water caused bad smell. filippina college with a lot of noise.

All guests have to present valid identification upon check in (Passport, UAE driving license or UAE identity card ). This also applies to the visitors of our in-house guests. Please note that the swimming pool will be closed for renovations until February 2017.
