The room was very clean (I had sea view room), just as I asked. The resort was really good. The sand of the beach was excellent - smooth, without rocks as I was used to before in UAE. The kids pool was great for children (sliding tubes - small and bigger ones). My son adored it. The food was very good quality and not expensive at all!. Room, Restaurant, beach, swimming pools (especially child's pool), and green landscape were all excellent.

Some of the staff seemed demotivated. Reception wanted to keep our passports. This is unacceptable and illegal in Western countries. No balcons, staff, breakfast. 1- music. Food was nothing special. the hotel is noisy at all times, I could not sleep well when I stayed there. I stayed in a non smoking room but I used to get smell of cigaretts and when told the hotel they did othing. I felt as I was forced to accept many things around me. The reception were rude with me at times especially when I wanted to check out. I will never step into this 2 star hotel which is poor. Qualification of staff, specifically reception; quality of food; 99% Russian guests only.
