The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. Unless you are extremely picky about room size and some luxury amenities around the room, you shouldn't dismiss this hotel. The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.
all reviews » The staff was very accommodating with information. The room was neat, clean, ready upon arrival. The booking agent read my request and put me on a top floor away from the elevator as I had asked. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. It is clean, confort, value of money, good services, very beutifull, has all the facilities, friendy staff, close to the airport but no noise, close to Americal University of Sharjah. There was a full kitchen; however, room service was not from a kitchen. What was room service was self service at the snack bar with take away sandwiches and salads, not really room service. It is far from the town, It is good for business meeting. Housekeeping missed to clean my room, as I were out of the room since early morning. The position of the air conditioner in the room was not ideal as it was blowing right in my face, and I tried to point it away but this was not possible. extra blankets and pillows were very limited. location was a little far from city attractions parking slots limited. Internet Charges. No staff for taking the luggage. Rooms kind of small but suites are ok Some of the amenities are not available. The price was so expensive for such location, it's should not exceed 100$ with breakfast and WiFi. WiFi should be available with in rooms and lobby. They charge foe WiFi/Internet,! An act from days gone by, they need to catch up with todays' business needs. No free internet No valet parking after 7pm No leggead boy to carry bags after 7pm Dental kit and sleeper with charge No enough blanket. No comment. room size small and little far to walk from airport and difficult with luggages,. Wifi is still chargeable which is not at all acceptable nowadays. Here in the site, letsbookhotel.com, was written the price per day 250 derhams, but when I went there it was more than 300 derhams, and that's a bad service. Food menu. The location... nothing. Don't know why they've charged me full payment on the credit card before even arrival. Even though there was a pay later option. Maintenance has to be on regular basis- i travel every other weekend and every time there is a problem - esp. with satellite cable and bath sink. Standart Breakfast. unable to comment as my flight was late getting in to Dubai and the long que at passport control meant I only had 2 hours at the hotel, enough time to shower and change for my onward flight!!. noting.. The usual. Expensive breakfast and paid internet. Parking lots are very few. The only negative point is the egyption security guy who had bad attitude and do not know how to treat the guests. i didnt like the hairdryer i didnt like that the swimming pool was closed at night i didnt like that the wifi service is not free of charge. No free wifi. absent of proper in room dining . The staff are not so proffesional and slow. Not close to shopping placees. nothing.
