Friendly staff. They are very helpful and always smiling to all theguests. Very good location and clean. Nice food but expensive. TheAyurveda centre is the best place for body massage. If we have chance,we will come back again and I highly recommended to all my friends. honestly everything. The excellent value for money. place. location. Generally the staff was serviceminded and friendly, however some language difficulties with the spoken english. Also some trafic noice at night is to be expected.Clean and efficient and excellent value for money. Location, friendly staff!!. landscaping. Very quiet and peaceful. The main factor is that check-out time is mentioned in the web site as 09 hrs to 14 hrs, but hotel management is compelled us to do at 12 hrs , they issued a letter for the same. so bad. Also comfortability is not agreeing with the cost of rooms, totaly dis appointed. location , quiet and calm ness of resort. arabic night club. The location. Massage center and the dinner. Landscaping of the area needs improvement. Front desk should ask whatkind of bed we need. We are couple and they should give us one queensize bed.. We expected to check out at 1:30pm as check out time is up to2pm as per your booking confirmation, but our key was not worked outanymore after 12:30pm. We need to call the reception to send someone toopen our door as we have our things inside.The breakfast must be improved. check in was very late. No tea and coffee in room and no clock in the room. For the price would rate the hotel only a solid 3 star. choices of food is not that much so what we ate in the afternoon, it is almost the same in the evening. they should make menu to have more choices. dinner was very bad. Breakfast was very good. Heat the pools!. No business centre or any access to the internet at the hotel, except for 3 hotel computers No internet at all in the rooms. Jet skis inside the beach area - security issue. Shame to allow drunk people to use these machines..No praying direction in the rooms. facilities should be free of charge like tennis court, pool or jacuzzi should be temperature controlled, nothing to do for young children, staff are rude except for Filipinos which are kind and helpful. it wasn't worth the 4* star rating , it was ok to spend a night..... shouls be much better. situation isolated too expensive for what it is ...this resort more maintenance to the pool, doors and and qualified staff. We were first given a beach cabana which turned out to be a straw-lined low-ceiling hut with very old facilities, smelling of the straw, bath-room to be used with caution re cleanliness. Complained, then got a chalet which was better standard. Food not good, staff not well-trained though trying. Facilities overall old and not in good condition e.g. gym.The food was terrible. The pool was not heated which made it un-usable for our family . Staff was not friendly.
