Point # 1 It is a very good property main because it has a beach attached to it and it is sea side. Point # 2.Hotel rates are very reasonable I hope it remains the same so that people can come and stay more often. point # 3. I would really recommend all the family to have a stay in Oceanic Khorfakkan resort & Spa.More over we will be booking the hotel in a large group next month. Hotel is very clean. Staff are extremely friendly. I booked mountain view room. I was upgraded to sea view room. The beach is very private. Sand is very fine and water is clean and clear. Great value during the week days, not so many people and hotel is pretty quite! Locals use traditional way catching fish in The public beach right beside.

Staff are very friendly and extra attentive, over Eid it was crazy busy with kids and the new pool is great, big and all but put 100 adults and children in there... But the staff ran children games in the pool and their kids loved that... The beach was much quieter. Totally new, great and helpfull staff on arrive, nice view, quick responce for any request. This is our 2nd time stay but after the renovation the hotel improved a lot.I personally love the beach and the water,honestly did not try the pool as it was crouded with kids. The breakfast was big and nice,sea view rooms are great,clean and comfo. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Staffs are friendly, in all departments, may it be the reception, lifeguards, restaurant employees, valet, and housekeeping. We got alot of freebies :D Excellent...please keep it up! We'll definitely come back ASAP!. cooporative staff and Mr. Nader was really very sportive and solve my check in proplems in few minutes. Arabic staff in the recption are more cooporative and understanding than other and knows how to deal with problems and solve it. The hotel is new, bright and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had a mountain view (but a KFC construction obstructed the view). Pool and beach were v pretty. Food was average standard. We have been to this hotel several times , after renovation its now much better, food is always great, beach is great , value for money... location of hotel is ideal as market is nearby ... This was our second trip to the Oceanic Hotel in about 6 weeks...we had such a great time, we needed to go back! Same great service, wonderful food, comfortable rooms. All first class. Friendly staff, clean room, plenty of facilities, awesome breakfast buffet and lots more. Kids club, for example but will be great when it is, as it's also recently refitted hotel there are a few things like skirting boards coming away, our plug in e bath wouldn't work so we could only shower, which for family with a child is a pain. No balcony'after renovation they remove all the balconies. nothing, we loveeeed it. long time for check in and special requests not considerd from the begining. smoke all over our coridor though we have requested for non-smoking rooms Music troublesome especially for people who are sitting in the lobby or coffe shop for more than 5 minutes as it has fast and short rhythm similar to belly dancing music and this was a collective note from every one. The view of the sea was marred by the power station in the distance, while the mountain view was obscured by a KFC being built in front of it. This is not so much the hotel's fault as that of the UAE in general ruining their natural resources. well construction is still going on..... Check in wasn't as slick as it could have been (several people checking in and out simultaneously. And the swimming pool would be more amazing if it was chilled at this time of year. Nothing! I wish the hotel makes half or full board offers as their food is delectable. I also hope the hotel makes excursion to Al Wurayah Waterfalls. breakfast did not provide much option, oil rafineries on the sight was not good for swimming & relaxing. Spa prices are too high and not as per market standards. The only thing I could find for improvement is the coffee.....a disappointing cappuccino at the pool bar and under par coffee at breakfast. Sort that out and you'll be unbeatable!. You need transport to explore other areas of the coastline and cities of the UAE. none. The rooms are very small and the wifi in our room was very poor. we ate diner in the hotel. It was ok compared to the price, however it could be better. Everything was so nice. I Didn't Like What They've Done With The Beach as It's Quite Impossible To Go There The Waves are Too High & They Go Crashing Into The Fence !!. The check out took a bit of a time. I had to wait for literally half an hour just for a check out. Improvements required. The hotel is near an industrial port which spoils the view. In the spa all of the body wrap treatments were unavailable. the TV was not working and one of the two telephones was not as well. Expensive drinks in pool bar. more facilities. Food is very limited variety where we feel it could be much better in this pricing and grading of hotel. Should have some water sports part of the activities. Rest all is good... Small Jym. tight rooms, small beach, not good at all as a spa with very limited space, dinner buffet with very limited varieties but well cooked. Beach is very conjusted,. Nothing everything is good. nothing. The spa was not available due to revamp and room was not sea facing. Found room charges expensive. Food wasn't that tasty and very expensive compared to its quality. Didnt like beach area for swimming since there is fish. Room close to the elevator is noisy. Staff in the restaurant is unexperienced and breakfast management is poor. Works until November to extend the resorts as a consequence none of the beach activities are available. the value of the suite was quite high and the food variety was so limited in lunch and dinner buffet. Nothing. When I booked I didn't know the hotel does not serve alcohol and is located in a no-alcohol emirate. No sea sport activity. No nightlife. no slope towards drain in bathroom, food not for value, less food options especially indian food,.
