Staff very friendly and helpful- hotel is a little tired and could do with some level of upgrade but all in all pretty good...good location if you want to do both Dubai and Abui Dhabi....very little else to do in the area if you do not want to travel to either city. It's a nice and friendly atmosphere, a laid back and relaxing place.Hotel people were really polite and nice, I'm really satisfy with their professionalism.

Ghantoot Majilis Ballroom:
A ballroom that will dazzle you with its elegant Arabic Majilis, lavishly decorated to accommodated up to 180 guests.

Al Ain Hall and Baniyas Hall:
A wooden wall partitions with day light interconnected to each other.

VAT will be introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be added on guest bill upon departure. Please note that during Friday and Saturday, access to the beach is limited till 13:00 hours.
