That seemed highlyunnecessary, as I arrived later on same day. The internet facilities. It was not working well and I needed assistance frequently because of that. And for a businessman it was important to have this working.Hot breakfast selection was not to my taste. Check in and ccheck out were very long despite reception staff being very polite and friendy.the food offered at the beach and swimming pool restaurants. The "don't disturb"sign was not available on the door. House keeping disurbed me several times in the morning. The rooms were ok, but we expected them to be nicer. Also at the time ofbooking we didn't notice the small print saying that a 20% would beadded for tax and service charges. I would prefer to pay that at thetime of the booking and not have the surprise later. Too much construction going on around it.Not understanding its own rules about under 12 stay free if share exisiting bed. Charging for using the internet. Too cold in the lobby, you don't want to sit there. The breakfast is too expensive.We asked for a sea view but the view was not unrestricted and we were at the side of the hotel. It was a lot of money to pay for a view that wasn't great. Some of the reception stafff did not appear to have a full understanding of the systems.pool could be a little bigger, generally good service accept during Ramadan,messed up taxi to airport. I was very upset because the hotel closed the pool for maintenenace during the most part of my stay there. The pool was one of the main reasons for my holiday. I would not have chosen this hotel had I been informed about this pool closure. It was closed from the 1st Sept - 8th September. When I complained, they said the travel agents were all notified. Because of building around it could be loud. The fitness room was unacceptable dirty and my fiancé was not able to finish her exercises. The rate for the internet is a rip-off. The beach should be cleaned for a 5 star hotel.Internet is expensive and did not work for 48 hours. The bar is poor and expensive. the food in the restaurant is standard and expensive. In total a lot of money for value. Beach staff manner was unpleasant. On arrival at the airport, the hotel does not have either a car or bus service to the hotel, and they say they are 5 star. Secondly our room was not ready as requested and we had to wait for the bed for our daughter even it being midnight when we arrived, The hotel staff in general did not make you feel welcome and the lack of service was poor. found some stuff belongs to previous guests.Chinese restaurant was poor, service and quality. they gave me 2 separate beds and we were couple ,, they changed the room at 23:00 , how can this be acceptable ,, and remember i booked double bed. The staff of the hotel are below the standards you would expect at a 5 star hotel. everything is poor, the worse sheraton in the word!. i didnt like that they only clean the bed and bathroom, but they dont take the dirty plates from the room, in addition, once we arrive there was a basket of fruits, and since this day it didnt change.
