I like the choice of entertainment at the hotel.Everything. It is a very centally situated hotel and good value. Staff polite and efficient. all reviews » Convenient location. The staff were excellent, especially the Reception Staff. They were very helpful. breakfast was good. Peaceful atmosphere, well made rooms, good meals. In fact, its just suitable for relaxation.Comfort. I like the proximity to the various establishments of shopping and eateries. comfortable, cleanliness and room service. very near shopping areas. Location of the Hotel and room area. location only.Nothing, the hotel is not a good hotel if we consider the price of the room. the foodand room servises. size and cleanliness of room is good. Location.The hotel room was clean but dusty. The bell boy in the evening shift was v helpfull especially when we were leaving. The Indian food was nice. The king bed and pillows were comfortable.Well,the only thing is the very loud CLUBS.But if u gonna stay on the3rd or 5th floor then its ok i'm sure. Be sure to ask for a room in the upper floors as there are discos on every night. there weren't happy when they saw my girlfriend visiting me to the hotel. Difficulty in getting taxi cabs from the hotel.dirty entrance and lobby. The temperture of the water served not to be hot enough or hot long enough. The number of electrical outlets was another negative. The hotel need a few more electrical outlets for the many peripherals we often travel with.the lady at the reception in the morning was rude sometimes. no hand towel nor bath mat provided and only one bath towel although 2 people booked. Lot of music noise at night.The receptionist person was not friendly and the loud music fromMezzanine disco till 3:30am specially on the first floor rooms. staff is not cooperative till one persuades with the management. Taxi service poor, breakfast average.The hotel is very noisy. I think that there are 3 clubs making lot off noises during the night. the front disc (resaption). Internet was not working throughout the whole of our stay. The top bar lounge was not at all nice - really daggy looking, the staff were rude and not wanting to help us - one occasion I waited 30 mins before they would help me!. I came to stay because of my transit time. I arrive late in the afternoon and I checked out at 6am to catch my flight. Unfortunately the staff did not understand it and gave me a room that is so much noisy because of the entertainment they have in the lobby. I definitely could not rest well. check-in process took so much time, not efficient at all. it's very disappointing experience!. We did not like the Bolly wood Cafe, it was v v loud the girls danceing didn't look like they were enjoying their work and were sitting on benches when not preforming. Music was for too loud and had a awfull lot of reverb on it so you could not hear the words being sung. The atmosphere in the cafe reminded us of a doggy back street establishment where the clients were mainly single men ogleing . m. The room was smoking when we wanted non-smoking so it smelt bad and we were not given an option. The TV was dodgy, not enough power points. The bathroom was old. The nightclubs were noisy and made to hotel stink of smoke.i dont recommend this hotel for any tourist who need a relaxation and enjoyment it is not clean and parking so bad inside room facilety specially towels are so smilly not recommended. The noise went on till early morning. disco or something. when you have ashort gap on a long haul flyt this is not good. Also I was told that someone would meet my husband at the airport, this did not hapen.
