We liked the space in the apartment, the full kitchen, big bedrooms, several bathrooms and the washer and dryer. It was nice to have our own "apartment" but within the security of a hotel. It was cleaned on a daily basis. There were some basic supplies there when we arrived, including some food, dishwashing and laundry supplies. The pool and the proximity of the beach were great. Excellent service. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Loved the food we had upon arrival especially since the kids were hungry and tired. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was awesome.
all reviews » The rooms are large will furnished with very beatiful view of the gulf waters also the beach is spakling clean with all the services needed for the nice relaxiation on the waters. The apartment was great - very clean with many amenites. The breakfast was great - lots of selection and friendly staff. Soo noisy, some time you can not sleep because people next doordancing???. the check in was too long process. they have eirly check out by 11:00 AM, it is too eirly for a family with kids. kitchen equipment must be counted before check in because they tell me about some missing items while leaving and i am sure we didn't broke anything. Poor response from the staff. yes, the desk people seem unexperince , and unprofestional and it takes up to 15 minutes of checking in.Parking spaces so small. house keeping service, expensive transportation. The staff was rude axcept for the 1st one when we arrived to the hotel...when u need somthing from the room service it tooks u to ask morethan 4 time !! ... about the cleanliness there is any they just come andtake the trash out !! it was horrble.

Modern conference and meeting facilities are being developed on the second floor of the Oasis Beach Tower and are due for completion in late May 2009. There is some noise disturbance due to the hotel's redevelopment plan, which is estimated to be completed by late May 2009.

Important information to guests

VAT is being introduced across the UAE on 1 January 2018. The rate is likely to be 5%. Should there be a change in the date of VAT implementation or in VAT rate, it will be applied on guest bill upon departure. No breakfast will be served at the property as of 1 January 2018. The credit card used for the booking must be under the name of one of the guests staying and the same card must be presented for verification upon check-in. If the guest staying is not the cardholder or the credit card used cannot be produced at the time of check-in, the guest has to pay for the booking in cash or by alternate credit card.
