I understand there is construction going on around "The Walk", however...something needs to be done about the access to your valet service in front of the hotel...we had to drive around for an hour to get to the front...we almost abandoned our reservation to look for another hotel.TVs need to be updated. Location is far from major attractions. We have to pay for using the business centre.The restaurants and bar prices were very high. I expect that internet service is complementary. the construction very close to the hotel. The wine in the lounge on the 9th floor was not very good. Poor selection and no champagne. There could be more shuttle service. The hotel must have a night club. No DVD players in the room, no free Internet access. Breakfast buffet quality/variety did not match the price. The small bar near reception when not in use was a bit dreary - we were sent in for a coffee - while our room was allocated.construction around it. snack bar and mini bar pricies are quite very expensive.Very expensive drinks and food. THe hotel staff are no updated with what's going in their hotel, for example, I asked three staff in the hotel about the sauna which is located in the 1st floor, everybody told me that it's open, when I went over there ot was under renovation, (the news is not spreading propperly arround the hotel staff). Hot water in the bathroom was not continuously flowing same water with same temperature, hot than cold than hot all the way when you take bath.we could not drink any alkhohalic drink during the holley month. Too many noisy Russians all over the hotel, price lists, advertisements,menus, everything is in English and Russian only, which somehow gave usan impression as if the hotel was for Russians only...Hotel staff were attentive, but in many cases very slow. I booked two ofthe same kind of rooms, but the 2nd person for whom I booked did notreceive the same type of room or the upgrade. This was uncomfortable. Demolition of hotel next door was very noisy and spoiled the view. It was in the middle of summer and they only open the swimming pool area until 20:00!! that was not right!!! peple like my self will arrive at the hotel after shopping all day long and the swimmingpool area will be close!! Also the hotel's restaurant menu was soooo overprice!!!! people will have more tendency to go to Chillis (which is just across the street!! for the same price!.
