Value for money if booked through letsbookhotel.com,Hotel Direct booking tariff would've costed twice as much.Food at the hotel is inexpensive and Available round the clock and tastes great.Hotel run by Indian management so Indian cuisine is available everyday.Location is ideal for tourists who prefer the Metro.The hotel is down the road from Union Metro Station, a five minute 10 aed taxi ride, or a fifteen minute brisk walk away.The hotel is in Deira, the city centre from where all other point.
all reviews » The price, room size, bath tube in the bathroom, room finishes, staff was very helpful (front desk little too slow, but all other staff very responsive). People complained in other comments about Disco noise and aircraft noise, but it wasn't issue for me. I could hear the dumb beats from downstairs but it wasn't a problem. Aircrafts were much noisier but they didn't disturb my stay and sleep either. The staff where very very helpful and the hotel is very nice.The location is good as well.The price is very very good. Free wifi is awesome and the car parking valet service is excellent. They do every thing to help you. No complaits other than the noise from the 3 night clubs on the ground floor. Over all I would rate this hotel 6.5 out of 10. actually for me I found it very good hotel. the room is clean they clean it on daily basis & change towels. 10 aed taxi to the metro and also walkable if the weather is good. near to city center. nice staff they extended our check out for 2 hrs. and the price is very affordable. Everything! Smiling, friendly, cooperative, and polite staff. Equally suitable for families, holiday-makers, and leisure / entertainment-seekers. I extended my booking and actually stayed for 13 nights. No better example of describing the term, 'VALUE FOR MONEY'. Swimming pool is listed as a facility, but during my stay it was not accessible as there was a water leak from it... If you have your car, the valet parking is free, but this was the only reason why I decided to change the hotel for my second week. I like to have my car available right away, but with their valet service, you have to wait for your car 15-30 minutes, which was not handy for me. The breakfast is not continental but south indian. The sound from the three night clubs on the ground floor is too much during the night, we moved from 2nd floor to 4th floor so it was a little better. Nothing!. it was close to the airport so expect to hear a few airplanes landing. Tv channels are very limeted and most of them not working. Night Club are ok but distrub your sleep till 3:00 midnight. Travler Guide was totally no t helpfull. Russain man can not understand English and most of the time he was out from his seat. This place must for Philpina Staff. Not that it bothered us too much, but we had a room on the first floor facing the street and could hear the traffic quite clearly. Also music from one of the nightclubs in the hotel travelled to the room. For light sleepers this might be an issue. Nothing. There was a lot of noise from the traffic. The security guy at night During to night clubs he is asking where r u going You ahve to wait for the car. As with the faith of all Deira hotels, the nightclubs in the hotel are loud and you can hear them in your room until 3am. staff needs to be more helpful. 1-The room’s kettle is not working. 2-Some towels are damaged. 3-Towels are clean but very old. 4-The room area is slightly small but accepted. Location is far from the city attractions yet its about 15 min walk from union metro station. this is my third stay,, still no issue. The tap water was always hot boiled. There were no bad points. The noise of the 4 night clubs hits my room in the second floor. Did not particularly like the clubs being located inside the hotel thus attracting rowdy bunch. Music from nightclubs a bit annoying at night. swiming pool no deep,should be shower up airo plane,noice loud. Guests were not allowed to enter the room. The quality of the beds frames in our room left much to be desired. Had back pain after sleeping for a day as the spring of the mattress were very prominent. Slept without mattress for the remaining days. Confusing location as there are three fortune hotels and no taxi knows the difference clearly The water and tea coffee in room cost from second day...felt thats cheap saving from hotel. Noise form ground floor is a bit loud Poor parking facility. The night clubs are in front of the elevator where you can find suspicious people. The situation may be not acceptable for families. Night clubs didn't like it at all Noisy. Room is pretty small . The noise from the clubs is too much unfortunately :(. nothing except TV remote was not working properly. Bit high priced food as its standard. There too much question when I visitor comes to visit. noise of night club. The exchange rates were unfair. The was not helpfull in resolving this problem. The service in the restaurant on the 4th/5th was not good. I had to wait long for my food while the personnel was chatting. Location abroad from metro. it will take 15 minutes to metro. staff a bit reserved. expect the noise from the night club.
