It was very quiet, especially with all the building constructions around and it was close to the international airport. The praivicy by having our own parking ,no need to pass by the reception every time ,the staff was very good. Excellent choice, very close to major shopping. Very nice hotel and centrally located.too much Comfortbel. Facilities and staff were first class. Excellent resturant, Ease of access to other parts of Dubai.
all reviews » Closeness to the venue where our exhibition was plus closeness to the city center. wide suit, the room faces very nice view on the sea, location is just beside city center mall, the bathrooms were very clean and fantastic with Jaccozi, decoration was confortable, new and modren.i think i was the first one to stay in the room. so it was brand new. i loved the location of the hotel where you can reach any place easily. the decoration is really beautiful and modern. Staff in general were good, good breakfast value at room (AED 45/person), comfort of mattress and creek view. Non alcoholic.Staff were very attentative. the room was exceptional. comfortable and clean room, very good staff (especially Ms.Adriana from receiption) quick check-in and check-out, good allocation of hotel. The classy set-up of the hotel and room and friendliness of staff. the hospitality of the staff and room service. it is near Deira City Center shopping mall. Nice staff. big and comfortable rooms. It's a luxury hotel I really like it's modern form, It's also a very quite and comfortable hotel...Quick check-in and check-out. Excellent service by Mr June at front desk. every thing was fine for me , i realy did like the hotel and i think ill stay again if i went to dubai again. the seating area small and nothing kichen. We dined at the hotel's first class resturant and had an excellent meal, however it was marred by the fact we could not have a glass of wine (even alchol free) with our evening meal as the hotel is an alchol free zone.Internet access was pathetic and was extremely expensive. The coffee shop closes early, the breakfast is expensive, no wireless internet on reception or coffee shop, and few TV channels.Reception is small and concierge at the arrival were not available. Pillows are cheap not made from feather. Service was somewhat slow - took 20 mins to get an omelette at breakfast and asked for an ironing board which never came!. there is no much activities. the constructions of building around the hotel. some minor problems with the multimedia (internet, TV...) system in the room. But the technicians came promptly and the reception was kind enough to cancel my internet bill that was often out of service (and this is not the purpose of my stay to spend te night with technicians...). However, a more reliable system would be appreciable. The air-con wouldn't want to select anything else than "cool". I prefer the price include the breakfast. just add more tv channel like " MBC". the noise from the door of near room. and the water which comes from upstear.the pathroom it was not clean. The housekeeping was very bad i request an iron and it came after 2 hr. Also during check out i wait 15 min to bring my luggage from room. Internet was costly 25 AED for an hour.No satellite channel like showtime or Orbit.communication problems, and the hotel taxi was very expenses and a rip off to tourist. private taxi expensive. New hotel so staff needs some further training, still getting to know the system, very slow check in / check out, hotel it self still needs some finishing touches, but still very good. Very bad room service, No TV channels (only local channels). I was taken back by the 20% charge. Plus I got to the hotel at 8am and they wanted to charge me extra for giving me a room earlier than the usual 12pm checkin. Ridiculous as I had to wait for 4 hours to checkin - not traveller friendly. Staff not helpfull in getting taxis, try to make you use private more expensive taxis. TV channels need improving. A maintenance need in bathroom was reported but not attended to.Cost to log on to the internet was very hign at 100 AED per 24 hrs. staff is really helpless, big problems to find a taxi.Plenty. Diffident front office staff. Lax concierge services. Cold (hot buffet) for breakfast and no a la carte which is elitist based upon price. Vastly overpriced hotel. No feeling of being a valued guest. The staff at the door of the hotel was unacceptable because while we calling taxi, brought us "prive taxi" and told us a lie that was the taxi hotel. The "pirate" driver haven't taximeter and wanted double money.room cleansing, food quality, small receiption, staff disturbing, and poor services as no internet wireless and very high cost. They miss making up my room on one of the days. Also hotel concierge keeps recommending private taxi company that is always late and costs alot more than public taxis with excuses that they cannot get through public taxi bookings, which is not always true.everything was wrong.... starting from the minute i stepped into the hotel i was depressed by the reception quality and uniform of staff .....and all through my visit till i checked out....totally not to my expectations or money value for a four star hotel. Food very poor for a 4 star hotel. Information should state that no alcoholic drinks available.
