We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were awarded a 3 bedroom suite for the same price. The suite was really nice and comfortable. It was very clean, pleasant and in a great location. Everything was wonderful.a) Locationb) Value-for-money c) Friendly and accomodating hotel staff. all of the above in question 2. convienece to airport. It was very convenient to have a sitting room and a kitchen. There were also 3 bathrooms! No problems with wheelchairs.
all reviews » Proximity to the Trade Centre was very important especially when the roads were closed and no taxis were available!!. Staff was very polite and helpful. Location was brilliant.i relly like how they deal and treat thier customer . services available, facilities offered, and privacy.The hospitality of the staff. Room sizes and staff service. I liked the staff, thay were very friendly and helpful, with alot of check in's and check out's they tried to help every one as much as they can.I liked the location of my apartment ( on Shaikh Zaid Rd.) 14th floor, it was fun for me and the family just looking out the windows.I also would like to thank the swimming pool "life gards" for being so nice with every one around.The apartment was clean and the view from 38th floor was a real big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and access to the metro train and taxis is very convenient. The washing machine and dryer is extremely useful. Facilities are great in the room and the apartment. . The warm greeting at all times by staff on reception and outside and their desire to help and make our stay a great one.the appartment is big if we compare it with any room in hotels.and the price of dry cleaning is nice for any person. i was at the 46th floor, wonderful view of the city(emirates towers and burj dubai) really impressive.The location was great..friendly staff...apartments were cleaner then when we stayed before. In case of possibility of change, which entails change of rate, a prior notification should be sent to expected guests; some visitors might have tight budgets planned on initial reservations made. it didnt have a car rental office or a sovenior shop and room service closes early.The lifts are too slow. Too far from the area we wanted to be in. The location alluded to was not the actual location of the hotel.The beds and living rooms should be renewed, but they told me at the hotel it's in work and started from the top floors going down. The kitchen should have bowls. . no every thing was very good. the 2 bedroom apartments are too small with a king size bed in one room while the other room had a queen bed. Internet fees too high and internet quite slow...Nothing was within walking distance, requiring transportation everywhere. Two single beds in the second room, or at least some with and some without, as an option for families. The sofa bed is far from comfortable.lack of a licensed bar. Attitude of staff upon checkout where they insisted we had used the internet although we hadn't.This might sound petty,but the toilet paper was always damp and very little on a roll. Lack of a decent bar/restaurant area other than on the pavement. for such a tall tower, this was disappointing. yes, they told us that we have to pay in advance for the period of staying but from my experience once i want to make the check out i have to pay. We used it only once for breakfast. All other meals were taken at nearby 5 star hotels. They are missing an important profit centre here.restaurant was very limited, really only breakfast and snacks.no alochol served wither, went down for a drink and werent able to have one!. Not really but I would suggest they offer a shuttle bus to the airport for frequent guests.Just the location. location - Check Zayed Road is in the middle of everything, but close to nowhere - it is more a business than a leisure location, by far, the price. Does not serve breakfast, and hotel entrance, and an uncomfortable bed, and there is no cable for the Internet only in one place. The beds were very squeeky and kept us up all night everytime we turned it made a noise. The sofa bed was are horrible no one could sleep on it as it was very uncomfortable and hurts the back as soon as one lies down on it. Also its matress was not clean and was stained. They need to change the sofa beds to more comfortable ones and better maintain the other beds to reduce unnecessary noise.parking, windows need cleaning. The furniture is old so its not clean but all the blankets are clean. The furniture in the setting room was old and used. i dont Recommendation the chelsea tower for the famailys.
