Location is fantastic. Very close to Sharaf DG mertro station. 5 min walk to the mall of emirates.. a relief when having a family. Hotel rooms are huge and well equipped ! We first was put in a room with no window, but the next day they worked on transferring us to a room with a wide window. Hotel is comforting and front desk guys are all awesome (big help).. restaurant food was ok and breakfast was fine. Would stay there the next time.

Staff really helpful and I recommended to anyone for business in Dubai, near from subway, also weekly internet card is useful, near from Mall of the Emirites, you feel like Home. It's very convenient. Just near by the Metro station. I can go anywhere by subway. The staff there are very helpful and willing to provide service all the time. The breakfast is poor quality and was very busy and noisy, it is too small an area for the number of tables. At peak times the breakfast was a bit busy. Nothing i notes. Long time for hot water to come, price hike on addmisson which wasnt clear at time of booking by 20%! Bathroom could have been cleaned better. Parking should have been free for residents. Some of the furniture was old. Wifi a bit outdated and slow. RAS (rien a signaler - fr.). I didn't like being charged for the drinks in the mini bar. I think it should somehow be part of the bill. In room stuff some of them was missing (pillows, bed sheets) but you need a call to room service to collect the missing pieces. receptionists are not very good in helping. They send you to the "concierge" but this guy is from a tourist business so he charges a lot for making reservations for you. He wont tell you until the reservation is made either. Nothing that mattered.... Carpet. All ok. Breakfast is not the best, they only provide complementary bottle of water on arrival, after that its chargeable, I found it so silly to do so. The place was old and needs maintenance , I recommend it for family travelling with their children. they don't allowed foods from outside, and their excuse because security reason !!!. by foods i mean cooked foods from restaurants. restorant taken breakfast price for child. I was searching for the hotel about one hour to find it ..the name of the hotel is cassells al barsha ... Five continents is not mentioned ... The A/C was not blowing air very well and when I asked the maintenace guy ... Said all the hotel rooms like this ... Pool was mixed gender. Slow response from staff. Evening meal not hot when served. WiFi payment a nuisance. Room with no view. No free Internet at rooms. breakfast is poor. nothing. poor buffet breakfast. Slow Internet. bathrooms are little bit old and used enough and sink and flush need to be changed...... the temperature of our room was too cold and it was impossible to change. A lot of people looking for tips porters for sample.
