I loved the location of the hotel, the friendliness and courtesy of staff, the knowledge of staff about the area and how to get around and their helpfulness in general. My flight was delayed by a day and my arrangements were gladly adjusted to meet our new timeline. This Hotel is perfect in everything, i did not use the internet but it is available, i loved everything, amazing staff very helpful, great great breakfast, perfect place.. it was great to be in same mall building.

No. yes, while going to swimming pool, it is long way to reach there and you need to pass the shopping center and fittness while you may go in a very simple dress and back wet, it should have direct entry from hotel to the pool. no Mosque. nothing at all everything is excellent. the elevator. Good to know, but not of big importance: only alcohol-free drinks in the mini-bar and in the hotel. (idem for the restaurants in the shopping mall) If you like a glass of wine with your dinner you have to take a taxi and dinner outsite in the many restaurants of the bigger international hotels. Taxi charge for arrangement by hotel was three times the cost of the taxi we arranged by ourselves. In view of the fact that the hotel was expensive, I feel this was a blatant attempt to "rip-off" the customer.hard to find a taxi in the area of the Hotel. Found a lolly wrapper on the floor - a bit ick!. TV Channels. The only negative feedback that I have is , its a mission to find the pool..:) You can see it , but you go on a trek..:) Just a suggestion it needs to fully sign guided for dummies like me:). Not really. The egg omellette was poor. It needs to be improved.The cooks behind the counter were usually busy talking among themselves. There was a kitchen but very basic utensils- no glasses, 2 mugs,2 knives and 2 forks and 2 small plates. Would have liked a sharp knife, glasses,corkscrew. the food was not that good but you can get what ever you want from the mall. The sofas in the living had low backs which were not comfortable.The balcony was very dusty. The quality of the furniture, were old, the capret stained and dirty, do not have a baby cot, so did provide a bed instead, refused actually. Yes, the restrictions on check-out. many things need fixing. when i arrived they did not have my booking registered from booking.com. impossible to get a taxi from front of hotel. Bit hard to navigate to the swimming pools - guided through the actual mall to get to the hotel swimming pool, but found a better way on our last day. Myabe a couple of sign posts from the level 4 lift would help. Room service response was longer than expected.Distance to other locations in Dubai.
