Its really one of the great hotel i like it to much and sure i will vist again and agian the bar was woow and the club not bad , also the shisha place where u set in nice wather with your drinks and smoke it was really nice time i enjoy it . and for the location its about 10 min to JBR taxi will cost just 45 to 50, the room was very clean and the business longe really nice i like it also. and you can enjoy your time . the staff are very nice and they help you any time 24H and they smile always.
all reviews » Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially as it was during Ramadan they made sure we knew the laws/rules which go with this fasting time so we didn't get into any trouble! Spotlessly clean, didn't get to try all the food as only the main restaurant was open but food there was lovely. Mcgettigans pub is great spot, very lovely and food is great! Pool on the 11th floor is a must! I would happily recommend staying at the bonnington hotel, perhaps outside Ramadan to get the best out of . The hotel was amazing, we went for out honeymoon and the staff were really helpful. Free valet car park was a plus since we had booked a car for the whole time we were there. Plus the pillows in the room were really good. You will know what I mean when you stay there. Overall the location was perfect 5 min from the marina in the car and JBR. And the bars at the hotel were perfect to. Shisha is available at the hotel too. As always, the staff is 50% of the experience. All of them where extremely polite. We where allowed for early check in and we where even upgraded to an apartment from having paid a suite. Hotel guests have free valet parking which is nice. Room very comfortable, excellent bed and nice selection of pillows. Room has excellent noise isolation. I will definitely stay there again. excellent customer service, clean room, great view, Irish pub, restaurant and another pub, all in all great value for the money particularly if you buy at discount rate as we did, metro is literally around the corner. The area is nice and modern, not far away from Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeira. Friendliness and helpfulness of staff especially Masud in the Business Club Lounge and Michelle the Customer Services Manager, the size and comfort of our room was overwhelming and the short walking distance to the metro meant that we could travel across Dubai on a cheap day saver ticket. Every thing was excellent Room and bed very comfortable Staff frindly and helpful Area arouned is quiet and relaxing Breakfast is good too The car barking service is make diffrence when we come back tired I highly recommend the hotel espicialy for honeymoon and relaxing trip. We liked the room we stayed in, the friendly staff, the free shuttle, in fact all the facilities of the hotel where great. The metro was within easy walking distance and the taxi service outside was great. Our first visit to Dubai has been a great experience. The hotel is well located and easily accessible both from the road and only a short walk from the metro system. The 11th floor leisure deck including pool and jacuzzi is worth a visit and the whole experience of the hotel makes a return visit a possibility. The staff always treats me like I am their best customer which of course I am far from being - I think that sums it up - Room service is great - always delivered when they tell you - I feel good when I stay there - and I have stayed at a lot of nice hotels. This hotel had great staff, great room, comfy bed, clean stately, magnificent bathroom with separate free standing tub. The meal I got from the Cavendish Restaurant was the best I have had....in my LIFE. LOVED it will stay again. The family suits were a great size and to a high standard. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and great with my young boys. The hotel is only a 2 min walk to the metro so good to get around to see all the sights. Expensive breakfast with limited selection in boufet. The hotel requests a credit card and not just a cash card for blocking an amount of 750 AED when you check in. Driving access by car and road construction works in the vicinity which makes the driving like a total crazy maze. Though the works seem to be very temporal and should be finished fairly soon. Nothing. Nothing exept the toilet need ( shataf ) And wifi in the room not working all the time. I experienced no bad points from the hotel during my stay. having to check out :-(. The parking was quite confusing because they have a resident area and a guest are of the hotel. But when I checked in the first night, they introduced me to their free Valet parking which compensated nicely. Nothing. Tea and coffee at breakfast not warm. Internet, the connection is good enough but the fact there's a super fast option, at a cost cheapens the hotel slightly, It is something I expect from 3 star ones. Covered pool - no sunlight No balconies. No Free wi Fi in the rooms lobby only Price is TOO DAMN HIGH. Breakfast wasn't that good with very limited choices ... With this hotel level it should be even way better. For some they might consider the hotel location as far away from the city .. Will take you about 20-30minutes drive to the center. The Hotel management were not accommodating with regards to early check in or late check out. in fact, the email that I received was rather uninviting. But, upon arrival, the check in staff helped us out and we managed to check in earlier than we were previously notified. The room was quite small and had an old feel to it, old furnitures scratched dirty headboard, rust on the bathroom walls. The internet was really slow I had to use the 3G on my phone which was faster. Very small fridge The breakfast buffet wasn't one of a 5 star hotel and it should be improved. N/A. Smoking allowed in eating areas. There is no laundry. what i was really dissapointed by was that at the end of the trip we left the hotel at around 1.00am and someone came to check the minibar. I was told that we took 7 items from the bar which was not true as we only took 5. The jar of M&M's was apparently already open and so was another jar to which we were charged for. Since we were ina rush to go to the airport we didnt had the time to go and complain at the reception but i was very dissapointed indeed. Slight problem re pick up using hotel shuttle resolved amicably. No complaints. We had the buffet breakfast 1 morning only as the food was ordinery and the service was bad we couldnt get a hot coffee or even butter for our toast, very poor. Somwhere has stolen us money from our room. The space directly around the hotel could be upgraded a bit (but its really a minor point). The price of a bottle of wine delivered to my room was a bit steep :-/ Signage from Metro Station could be improved. Breakfast was not included. The pool was a big let down even though it said it was shaded in the reviews I did not expect it to be so closed in and so shaded. Absolutely nothing. Some roadworks in the vicinity make access a little awkward, but not impossible. Not so close to the center and malls , taxi cost alot to be honest , that's all , great hotel. Hous keeping Dept procedure needs to be revised in order to rech them faster. they dont have too much chooce for resturant. the automated lighting system was a little complex. the front didnt communicate my credit card issue with each other. Not a lot! Perhaps the only problem was the difficulty some taxi drivers had in finding the entrance!. Road works...but that's Dubai at the moment. It's hard to reach the location of hotel additionally they provide unfamous newspaper, bad lobby comparing to five stars. It was hard to make wodo in the sink in the main bedroom bathroom. No wifi available., and they couldnt provide us with a network cable. the price value is a lot compare to the facilities in the hotel.
