Restaurants and shops are literally 1 minute walk from the hotel.The staff was diligent is ensuring that my comfort as well as my need for information and assistance were promptly met. Offer of a room for check in when we arrived at 9am that morning. Very convenient to Dubai Mall. Great time , great place for relaxing and do business after. Excellent Hotel with non obtrusive staff. It's located in a huge construction area where it's not so easy to reach.There was only 3 restaurants and the only choice for breakfast cost around 27 USD per person. Long wait time for valet, staff did not help you with bags.all good. lack of choises in channels on tv. I am supprized about the rate on the website which says taxes are not included but they added om taxes on the price + they took more than they should take and I have to talk to them to get my money back. yes, there is very limited outside space available in the evening. the courtyard restaurant seems to be full of locals, the pool area is closed so impossible to sit outside and have a drink.Systems: we needed to remind the staff three times that it was double occupancy so they would leave two bathrobes instead of one. The fridge was warm so the contents were warm. They said they couldn't do anything about this... Must be more flexible when it comes to extending check out times and or stay.There was no indoor swimming pool. If you do manage to get an indoor pool i would recommend that there should be ladies hour from morning until about 11.30-ish before the men join in.. Construction site near Burj Dubai.Tv channel selection, check-out wasnt profisional, room service. Everything was exceptional. Yes, this hotel doesnt have connected rooms with door, which made my stay littel diffecutl. room and bathroom are connected witout door like on open room, the rooms are a bit small. While enthusiastic and well-meaning, the staff were not efficient. For example, when I checked in, I arranged for a car the following morning at 9am. The next morning, no one had any record of a prebooked car. Another example, I had asked for a late checkout time and was told 2pm was fine. But the day of checkout someone called me at 1230pm asking when I was checking out. thay didnot give me a late chakout.
