It was value for money in all means.The Hotel management have done a great job by keeping staffs who treats customers with good manners. The best thing is they won't charge your credit card in name of pre-authorization. In total I will give a 10 out of 10 to this Hotel without any doubt. The staff was very friendly and professional. The reception desk experience during check-in was excellent. I was upgraded to an executive suite and extremely pleased with the size and comfort of the space. Exemplary customer service!!.
all reviews » value for money,quite and inclues many interesting facilities such us the saona and steam roams ( seperately for ladies and gents), plus nice indoor swimming pool. the have a good car park. I was given an upgrade upon check-in to a suite which I really like because the suite was so spacious and the people at the reception ware very friendly. We had a nice stay. The rooms were clean, and had a covered free parking. Room was big with a big refrigerator, microwave oven, TV, etc. Room was spacious Room was clean Air conditioning was excellent Room service was good Reception staff were cooperative. The facilities are excellent; The staff are very good at their job. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Everything was organized and professionally planned. This is my 4th stay at the hotel and I absolutely love it. The Reception desk staff were just excellent I would like to name "Kate" who was really very cooperative. The hotel and room was very good , room service was good and check in and checkout was hassle free. Great and helpful staff. Nice room with good facilities. Great quality food at reasonable prices. Smell from the drainage system I hope the administration should take care if it. Housekeeping facilities has to be improved. No shops within walking distance, short taxi ride required to get anywhere but no problem finding taxis. There is no out door swimming pool.the indoor swimming pool is is small . Poor A\C in Tower 3 made it necessary to upgrade into Tower 3 room. Made possible by friendly frong desk. 1. Payment of room service on delivery 2. Housekeeping not restocking toileteries despite several requests 3. No cutlery/crockery in kitchen other than tea mugs. needs a bit updating of TVs and electronics. Nothing to report at this time. Nothing. bit expensive. Minor things don`t deserve to be mentioned. They gave me the room on the smoking floor despite clearly mention that I need non-smoking room. Nothing major. A stench from washroom, probably the room wasn't used for a while. No cutlery in the kitchen. No stove in the kitchen. Also no wifi. There was a cable though but I didn't had a laptop. Couldn't use iPhone. These aren't big issues I'm sure it would be a remote issue. Every things was good. There is only one pool table and one table tennis table. They are simply not sufficient given the large number of rooms in the hotel. Children below 3 years are not allowed in the kids pool even if accompanied by parents. TV channels are very limited. Dining facilities. it was VFM so no complains. dining area slightly cramped. Nothing particular. the swimming pool water is very very hot. The sofa set was very dirty and also bed bugs didn't let me enjoy the day. Bathroom could have been cleaner and no slippers provided as promised on the booking summary. Non-smoking room was with ashtrays and smoke. the room flooring :). One of the desk staff need to be sacked completely. He gave me the impression that im staying in the hotel on his account. No respect. No smile. I had an argument with him and delebretly tried to force me to stay in a smoking room. I had to treathen him that i will call the manager. I will never stay again in this hotel. Preperation for muslim geust Prayer mat Qibla direction. When I went to hotel they said may booking are not confermed!!!. Reception staff seemed puzzled about my letsbookhotel.com booking so the check- in process took some time. Credit Card machine not working on check in. Bathroom not clean at all very dirty most of the bathroom tiles were broken and water did not disposed recommendation: do not waste your money for this 1 star hotel. No good cafe nearby. The Smells all over the hotel specially the rooms.
