The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with essentials- toiletries and kitchen utensils, definitely fit for a long stay for business or to take a tour around the city. Food was great - one of the reasons I love about this hotel. Location central to most sights. Comfortable room with kitchenette and good shower. Vouchers for use in hotel represent good value. Smoking rooms available. Helpful staff. Breakfast and room service above average.
all reviews » The suite was amazing. Large lounge area and bedroom was a good size too. Very upmarket and extremely clean. Staff were amazingly helpful with information and general service. everything in this hotel was perfect they care about every single details inside the rooms .. the staff were very well skilled & friendly.. great & fantastic stay. 1 - room was very nicely decorated. 2- room was spacious. 3- staff were great. 4- nightclubs near by. 5- hotel is great for singles or families. Hotel was Super Clean, Staff were friendly & welcoming, Good Parking Area & overall would stay at Hala Arjaan without hesitation. Clean room Bed, pillow and blanket are very comfortable nice design room price is value for money. Swimming pool is great. View over Seem island is nice. Staff response. Swift check out. I was there for GP and it was pretty far. 1- no free wifi & was expensive. 2- tv channels were too few. 3- non alcohol hotel. 4- food was well cooked but the quality of meat itself wasnt good. 5-. Busy Location & Traffic near by. Hotel facilities mention availability of day nursery but it's not there. Internet is expensive. Extra charge internet access. Noise from construction works at the port, the whole night!. No free internet!. - Expensive internet - I almost paid for an item from the minibar which I haven't actually consumed , have I not checked the checkout bill carefully -limited room-dining options Other than that everything was perfect. Not banio on toilet. Nothing. Nothing. Internet for money, why?. Due to my many stays at the hotel and due to their so many faults with the Air conditioning, I know almost every AC technician at the hotel by now. Its pointless to keep complaining so Ive got used to calling the technician every time I check in, more like a habbit.
