Me and my husband spent 3 nights in the hotel. The most surprising thing was that our room was equipped with a small kitchen with all the utilities including a washing machine and a dryer. The buffet in the restaurant is amazing. One of the nights I ordered food into the room and again it was more than great! I highly recommend this hotel. I cant see myself complaining about anything. The room was neat and clean and for the prize I paid it was to no doubt very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I have stayed there a couple of times and will surely be back.
all reviews » It was a decent hotel that was near the venue I needed. Went to Beats on the Beach, no taxis or buses after the concerts. Was able to walk back. A bit of a walk with my 9 year old but we did it, it was fine. House keeping was very inconsistent. Some day you got no towels some days you got one and some days you got two. When we checked in we were given a room on a NON executive floor but had paid for an Executive Floor. nathing to say about that. The inventory posted for the room was not reflected by the actual available equipment in the room E.g no micro wave oven, incorrect number of pieces of cutlery and crockery. When we arrived in the room none of the table lamps and bedside lamps in the rooms were working. We had to ask for two bath and hand towels. The internet usb cable was not available. It would appear that the rooms are not checked prior to them being occupied by guests. rate. the car parking. No internet. Some staff in the reception area do not know what to do or whom to be prioritize. One lady assigned there is talking to me in a snob way. I missed an Aquaguard inside the room. Consuming tap water is always risky. I had to arrange my bottled drinking water for my family. Noise coming from Ballroom till 1 am. Don't take room at 1st Floor. not answering the phone. Blanket strains not notified early. End of 5 nights stay only got notified about the strains happened on the 1st day stay. But I am not sure about the strain.no photo proof shown. 80 aed charged for that. Free internet facility shall be provided. Space for cooking area is insufficient. Not free water n wifi. Very noisy at night. the smell of the comforter is bad. It doesnt smell like new. Since its a peak season and the price is more higher, you must provide a free internet to your guest. No wifi internet Bad check in and check out experience. The bed was broken but once I complained they changed my room. I am a regular guest this is my 4th stay , however, i might change this hotel next time because the night shift is asking me to show him my Marriage certificate !!!!!! am I supposed to go to Sharjah to bring it !!!. i don'T like - atleast they must provide complimentary water. all apartments are providing this facility. Due to some of your staff bad attitude and no respect with the costumer like last Sept.29 Night @ 2300hrs. That's the reason why we don't like to stay in your hotel anymore. When leaving there was a problem with payment, they charged me twice from 2 cridet cards, up to now not solved. I reserved the room for fixed price, but at the arrival they told me that my room is occupaied and I had to pay additional 200 dirhams(60 dollars) for 6 nights. security assigned not allowing visitors who want to visit me of my stay. toilet were withouth hand shower, they asked to bring your own hand shower for toilet. The customer service, its kind of self service even.. Having to pay for internet LAN - no wireless. Room not very clean. Dull land gloomy No bottled water or tea/coffee Gym did not open until 7 - too late for people who start work at 8 I won't stay again. I was disappointed , when I check in the room is not clean yet , only one towel for the hole family and the manger in duty refuse to come out from his office !!!!!!!!!. everything. what you see described in letsbookhotel.com and the photos you see are very different from reality. thre difference between a standard room and studio apartment is that they are identicle with 2meter sq. difference in size. extremly dissappointing.
